-Disorderly conduct/resisting arrest from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college).

-Lost property from unknown. Listed was a gas card.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 5400 block of Woodford Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown). Forged, counterfeited was a Visa credit card valued at $485.95.

-Unlawful breaking entering motor vehicle from the 100 block of Lay Port Loop, Shelby (other, unknown). Stolen were a computer bag, a Toshiba laptop valued at $480, an Apple iPod. a Sony Cybershot digital camera, 15 Hydrocodone, 15 Zanax and 15 Clonazapam.

-Burglary from the 200 bock of Highway 471, Chelsea (government, public building). Stolen were 14 Alabama State Coon Hunters Association hats valued at $125, two 24-packs of Cokes valued at $10 and $15 from a cabinet. Damaged were a plastic cabinet and a wooden cabinet in the amount of $70.

-Theft of property by deception from the 4000 block of County Road 47, Shelby.

-Production of obscene matter/person under 17 from Oakland Avenue, Wilsonville.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Lake Circle, Wilsonville. Listed as confiscated, seized were medications.

-Death investigation from Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed was medication.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Panorama Point, Shelby. Damaged was an aluminum window in the amount of $150. Stolen were Sanyo 26-inch and 46-inch HD televisions valued at $1,400 and a Remington 1100 12-gauge shotgun valued at $1,000.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Saintfield Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was a solid gold tennis necklace laced with diamonds valued at $20,000.

-Domestic violence harassment from Crenshaw Road, Chelsea (highway, street).

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/criminal mischief from Camp Branch Circle, Alabaster. Stolen and recovered were a Dewalt 18 volt cordless drill valued at $200, a 100-foot extension cord valued at $20 and a 7 1/4-inch circular saw valued at $60. Repair damage to sugar in a gas tank was $350.
