Three Vincent teams advance to Dizzy Dean state tournaments

Three Vincent youth baseball teams have advanced to Dizzy Dean state tournaments.

The Vincent 6-and-under team will begin playing in a state tournament July 2 in Cullman.

The 6-and-under team includes Paul Albright, Hunter Burnette, Will Carden, Eyan Davis, Houston Denney, Easton Fields, Cole Gowers, Ashton Hodge, Brady Jeffreys, Kayla Maxwell, Javonte Melton and Ramsay Tipp. The 6-and-under team is coached by Yancey Davis, Jake Fields, Jeremy Isbell and Chad Tipp.

The 12-and-under team will begin playing in a state tournament July 9 in Columbiana.

The 12-and-under team includes Dontrell Calhoun, Terrell Calhoun, Saylor Carroll, Ryan Childers, Ethan Davis, Hayden Laddie, Kristopher Phillips, Jordan Smith, Matthew Swift and Arshon Willis. The 12-and-under team is coached by Jason Childers, Walter Garner and Lynn Carroll.

The 14-and-under team will begin playing in a state tournament on July 10 in Hanceville.

The 14-and-under team includes Zac Baucom, Chuck Boles, D.J. Brasher, Kade Carroll, Jacob Fields, Jackson Garrett, Michael Gilham, Jace Greene, Daniel Hawkins, Christian Jantz, Ryan Kelow and Michael Moncrief. The 14-and-under team is coached by Jake Fields, P.D. Houston and Randy Wallace.
