South Shelby Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon is Thursday, Sept. 2, beginning at 11:30 a.m. at the Columbiana United Methodist Church, 20 N. Main St., Columbiana. Speaker will be Joe Ray, executive director of Adaptive Aquatics, which is located on Lay Lake in Wilsonville. The luncheon will spotlight non-profit business and will be sponsored by Alabama Power Co. Luncheon will be hosted by Hartley’s Down Home Kitchen of Chelsea. Cost is $10 per person.
