Chelsea dominates in shutout jamboree victory

The Chelsea offense was clicking on all cylinders Friday night, as the Hornets piled up 447 yards of total offense in a 37-0 win over Curry in the team’s jamboree at Chelsea Field.

Running back Austin Washington paced the rushing attack for the Hornets. The freshman accumulated 67 yards on four carries and scored on a 26-yard run in the second half.

Sophomore Julius McCall toted the ball seven times for 44 yards and two touchdowns. Antwon Williams and Keelan Gregg also chipped in with touchdown runs.

Quarterback Jake Ganus added 77 yards through the air on 5-of-7 passing.

Chelsea will host Brookwood in its season opener Aug. 27.
