-Damage to property from the 100 block of Smokey Road. Damaged were a mailbox in the amount of $25 and a mailbox post in the amount of $25.
-Theft of property from 1136 Silver Creek Lane (construction). Stolen were 28 packages of Certaintee Dimensional roofing shingles valued at $630 and Big Whirly turbine valued at $50.
-Criminal mischief from Mr. Olive Road. Damaged was a glass window in the amount of $100.

-Theft of property from the area of Reese Drive. Stolen was a piece of jewelry valued at $1,050.
-Damage to property (private property accident) from undisclosed (other, unknown). Damaged was a 2007 Dodge Charger.
-Information only from Highway 31 at County Road 26 (service, gas station). Listed was regular unleaded gasoline valued at $58.41.
-Theft of property from 250 Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen were a Polaroid camera valued at $59.99 and scissors valued at $5.
-Unlawful manufacture of controlled substance/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 166 tablets of pseudo ephedrine hydrochloride valued at $40, a Fuzion FV-650 electronic scale valued at $25, three small blue plastic bags containing white residue valued at $1, a brown pouch containing four plastic tubes and one silver colored spoon valued at $5, 100 small blue plastic bags, eight Energizer Lithium batteries valued at $10 and purchase receipts valued at $1.
-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from Wal-Mart (supermarket). Stolen were a Regions debit card item (Wal-Mart) and a Citi Bank card item (Murphy Oil) valued at $1,305.92 and $134.98.

-Receiving stolen property from the 1100 block of Sequoia Trail. Recovered were costume jewelry items valued at $90.

-Theft of property from the 1100 block of Eagle Drive. Stolen was a Troy Bilt lawn mower valued at $299.99.

-Recovered property from Weatherly Subdivision (other, unknown). Recovered were a leather wallet, three cards and an Alabama driver’s license.
-Harassing communications from the 600 block of Ninth Court Southwest.
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Longview Circle (parking lot, garage). Damages included scratches on the driver’s side door in the amount of $300.
-Theft of property from the 200 block of First Street South (service, gas station). Stolen were $268 in U.S. currency and six business checks.
-Damage to property from the 1000 block of Independence Court (highway, street). Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $50.

Confiscated, seized were a plastic bag containing 7 grams of marijuana valued at $20, a tobacco grinder valued at $5, a small red plastic bag, a red Bic lighter valued at 99 cents and three grape Swisher Sweet cigars valued at $2.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Interstate 65 near the 238 mile marker (highway, street). Recovered were .7 grams of suspected methamphetamine.
-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Interstate 65 near the 238 mile marker (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a makeup case, a Butane mini-torch, a plastic drinking straw section containing white residue, eight Q-tips, a bottle of hand sanitizer containing a clear liquid and a glass pipe containing white residue.
-Assault from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college).
-Damage to property from the 100 block of Churchill Drive (highway, street). Damaged were a mailbox and flower garden in the amount of $200.
-Harassment from Wellington Manor (parking lot, garage).

-Burglary/criminal mischief from the 200 block of Forest Parkway. Damaged wee a door and sheet rock in the amount of$650. Stolen were a welder valued at $225, two spray paint guns valued at $150, a welding mask valued at $75 and a kitchen faucet valued at $50.
