Confiscated, seized were 166 tablets of pseudo ephedrine hydrochloride valued at $40, a Fuzion FV-650 electronic scale valued at $25, three small blue plastic bags containing white residue valued at $1, a brown pouch containing four plastic tubes and one silver colored spoon valued at $5, 100 small blue plastic bags, eight Energizer Lithium batteries valued at $10 and purchase receipts valued at $1.
