Dorothy Louise Dennis, age 83, a resident of Wilsonville, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010 at a local nursing home. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 4, at Bolton Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Columbiana City Cemetery. The service will be officiated by Ron Beckman. Visitation will be Saturday, Sept. 4, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. prior to the service.

Mrs. Dennis is preceded in death by granddaughter, Ginger Nichols; and grandson, Gavin Dennis. She is survived by her husband, Lennis Cecil Dennis; children, Cecile D. Nichols and Ronald C. Dennis; grandsons, Grant, Greg and Graham Dennis and Kevin Nichols; granddaughter, Stacy Nichols; five great-grandchildren and a host of other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
