Real story about coach not out

Dear Editor,

I got my paper today, and of course, I went straight to the opinion section.

There I find not only have you not printed anything about (Spain Park head coach David) Shores’ possible wrongdoing, but your paper still only prints glowing articles about how former players’ families just think he is a great guy.

What I see is your paper has decided to whitewash this whole nasty mess and make the coach an unjustly accused hero.

When all of the facts come out, and they will, you will see that you were wrong all of the time, and your stand on this matter has made you look like the small town newspaper you are, with all of its biases.

I was wondering, is someone at the paper related to the coach? There are plenty of people besides me that know the real facts of this. I can’t talk, yet, but it would not be too hard to find someone that will.

But then again the truth will make you look bad, so good luck trying to defend yourself when the coach is terminated for valid reasons.

As I said last week, assault is not OK in school, football or real life.

I wonder what you guys will print when your one sided reporting flies right in your face. Don’t worry, though, I will be at the keyboard to point out what fools you were.
