The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Sept. 7, 15-21:

Sept. 7

-Theft of property/offense against intellectual property from the 2600 block of Corporate Drive, Birmingham (government, public building). Stolen was $100,000 in cash over a period of time. (Suffix 02).

Sept. 15

-Harassment from the 7400 block of the area of County Road 61, Wilsonville (other, unknown).

-Information from Quincy Lane, Montevallo.

-Property damage from Windstone Lane, Chelsea.

-Possession of Salvia from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college). Recovered was a plastic bag labeled Strawberry Mamba 0.8 grams.

-Possession/distribution of Salvia from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college). Recovered was a plastic bag labeled blind man incense 2.2 grams.

-Harassment from Old Mill Road, Sterrett (government, public building).

-Theft of property/unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea, Wal-Mart (supermarket). Stolen were sleepwear valued at $12, a sleep shirt valued at $9, a knife valued at $19.97 and a knife valued at $24.97. Confiscated, seized “02” each of Dilaudid 4 milligram 0.2 grams, 35/94 1.5 grams and weed, marijuana 0.10 grams.

-Theft of property/criminal mischief from Beavercreek Road at Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana (highway, street). Stolen was a battery valued at $60. Damaged were two battery cables (cut) in the amount of $40.

-Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Fire investigation from the 1000 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. Damaged was an apartment due to a small fire.

-Possession of Salvia/possession of child pornography from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college). Recovered was a plastic bag labeled Strawberry Mamba 1.0 grams.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 200 block of River Front, Shelby.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 200 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were two Apple iPods valued at $200 and $150.

-Death investigation from the 2000 block of County Road 69, Chelsea. Listed were various medications.

-Community notification violation from Highway 41, Leeds.

-Death investigation from the 800 block of Third Street Northeast, Alabaster (other, unknown).

Sept. 16

-Harassment from Highway 55, Vandiver.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 200 block of Gilmore-Nick Circle, Montevallo.

Sept. 17

-Unclassified event from County Road 26 at Alabama Highway 70, Columbiana (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information from the 17000 block of County Road 55, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous information from the 20 block of Morris Estates, Wilsonville.

-Resisting arrest from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana. (Suffix 01).

-Discharging firearm from the 6000 block of Highway 119, Birmingham.

-Harassment from 10510 Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college).

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo. Damaged was a glass window.

-Harassment from Leeds.

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of River Hills Business Park, Birmingham (commercial). Damaged was a brick column in the amount of $500.

-Child abuse from the 400 block of Highway 253, Montevallo and the 100 block of Long Walk Drive, Columbiana.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 4300 block of Heritage View Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a license plate.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 5300 block of Pineywoods Road, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 700 block of Miller Circle, Birmingham. Stolen was $200 in U.S. currency and an American Express credit card item valued at $15.

Sept. 18

-Promotion-prison contraband from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (jail, prison). Confiscated, seized was a rubber glove with a small amount of tobacco inside.

-Criminal mischief from 10000 Highway 42, Shelby. Damaged was a cement birdbath (pedestal type) in the amount of $50.

-Public intoxication from the 6000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (convenience store).

-Attempted suicide from Aslan Forest, Westover.

-Criminal mischief from Blue Springs Road, Vincent. Damaged were four tires in the amount of $400.

-Harassment from the 5500 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).

-Child custody from the 400 block of County Road 9, Wilsonville.

-Suicidal person from Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Criminal trespass from the 1800 block of Highway 30, Columbiana.

-Harassing communications from the 3100 block of Chelsea Park Ridge, Cahaba.

-Duty upon streaking attended fixtures/driving while license suspended from Indian Crest Drive about 90 feet north of Wildwood Lane, Indian Springs (highway, street). Damaged was a road sign in the amount of $500.

-Attempt to commit controlled substance crime from the 16000 block of Highway 280 at Walgreens, Chelsea (drug store). Forged, counterfeited was a forged instrument.

-Burglary from the 4500 block of County Road 71, Shelby. Stolen were electronic items valued at $370. Damaged was a 26-inch television and a sliding glass door lock in the amount of $160.

-Theft of property from Alexander Road, Leeds (highway, street). Stolen was a 1994 Datsun pickup valued at $250.

-Theft of property from the 1100 block of County Road 468, Vincent. Stolen jewelry items valued at $6,824.

-Domestic violence (harassment)/domestic violence (menacing) from the 2400 block of Valleybrook Drive, Birmingham.

-Burglary/arson from the 1900 block of Fulton Springs Road, Alabaster. Damaged was a Rubbermaid bin.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Kings Ranch Drive, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Mount Crest Road, Chelsea. Stolen were items valued at $875.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Narrows Reach, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Highway 471, Sterrett. Listed as damaged, destroyed was medication.

-Death investigation from Spring Creek Way, Shelby.

-Fire investigation from Shelby. Damaged was a singlewide mobile home.

Sept. 19

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Lime Creek Lane, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Highway 47, Shelby. Stolen were a Mongoose bicycle valued at $100 a Rampage bicycle valued at $130.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Mimosa Road, Helena.

-Terrorist threats/criminal mischief from the 300 block of Highway 50, Vandiver.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 1000 block of Highway 31, Calera.

-Burglary/criminal mischief from the 7100 block of Old Highway 280, Sterrett. Stolen were various items.

-Theft of property from a pasture at the end of Shannon Lane, Montevallo (field, woods). Stolen was a 1998 Ford van.

-Theft of property from Homeland Way, Montevallo. Stolen was $500 in cash, medicine and prescriptions valued at $100 and clothing valued at $150.

-Burglary from the 1000 block of Homeland Way, Montevallo. Stolen was $400 in cash and coins. (Suffix 01).

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Highway 71, Shelby. Stolen were a passenger door to a 1962 Ford Falcon valued at $200, a hood to a 1998 Lincoln Towncar valued at $100, aluminum valued at $50, copper valued at$100, metal columns valued at $150, rolls of tin valued at $350 and a lawn mower valued at $75.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 100 block of Solomon Drive, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence from Highway 10, Montevallo (highway, street).

-Death investigation from the 800 block of Ninth Street Northwest, Alabaster, other unknown).

-Death investigation from the 200 block of McGraw Road, Vincent.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 2000 block of Ridge Trail, Birmingham.

Sept. 20

-Property damage from the 10000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Westover (highway, street). Damaged was a front passenger quarter panel and light assembly.

-Violation of Shelby County noise ordinance from the 1500 block of Highway 56, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road. Stolen set of wrought iron patio furniture valued at $250.

-Harassment from the 500 block of Highway 406.

-Miscellaneous information from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (convenience store).

-Attempting to elude/driving under the influence – alcohol from Middle Street, Montevallo (highway, street).

-Domestic investigation from the 3600 block of Buckhorn Cove, Birmingham.

-Property damage from Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham (hotel, motel). Damaged was a doorframe in the amount of $250.

-Fraudulent use of credit card from the 3100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen was a visa debit card on Legacy Credit Union, Greystone.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 3500 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Resisting arrest/use of force/recovered property from the 1100 block of Shoal Run Trail (parking lot, garage). Recovered were 19 cut off one-time use locks.

-Burglary from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (specialty store). Stolen was $25 in cash.

-Assault from the Shelby County Jail.

-Assault from Shelby County Jail, 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Burglary/forgery from Eddings Lane, Montevallo. Stolen were checks valued at $1,125.

-Harassment from the 600 block of Highway 478, Leeds.

Sept. 21

-Receiving stolen property from 5476 Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college). Recovered was a Samsung Smart Phone valued at $150.

-Attempt to elude/speeding from Highway 119 and Mission Hill Road, Alabaster (highway, street).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Highway 25 near Gibson Road, Columbiana (highway, street). Damaged was a vehicle in the amount of $950.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 145 at Wages Drive, Columbiana (highway, street).

-School rules violation (fight) from Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college).

-Civil dispute from the 4900 block of Eagle Crest Road, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 500 block of Amphitheater Road, Pelham, Pelham Civic Complex (parking lot, garage).
