The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Sept. 28-Oct. 5:

Sept. 28

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 9500 block of Highway 51, Westover. Stolen was the ignition key to a vehicle.

Sept. 29

-Miscellaneous information from the 300 block of Clairmont Road, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from McDonald’s, from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (restaurant).

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Suicide attempt/recovered property from Highway 10, Montevallo.

-Harassing communications from the 700 block of Highway 31, Alabaster.

-Property damage from Adams Road at Highway 41, Leeds (highway, street). Damaged was a 1997 Plymouth Neon.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Westover Road, Sterrett. Stolen was a .38-caliber Commander pistol valued at $100.

-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12-years-old/sexual abuse from Lenox Drive, Birmingham.

-Forgery from Regions Bank, from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (bank). Forged, counterfeited was a bank check valued at $4,700.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham. Stolen was a wire transfer valued at $1,545.

-Harassment from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college).

Sept. 30

-Theft of property from the 1300 block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham. Stolen was a tube television and children’s toys.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Morris Estates Drive.

-Harassment from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (restaurant).

-Property damage (vehicle versus deer) from Chelsea Road north of Autumn Crest Subdivision, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 1996 Mercury Sable (front passenger side).

-Property damage from Highway 231 at the intersection of Highway 468, Vincent (highway, street). Damaged was a StarCraft Star Steam camper.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Briar Patch Way, Maylene. Damaged was a double pane glass window.

-Fire investigation from the 500 block of County Road 307, Shelby.

-Manufacturing of controlled substance/illegal possession of prescription drugs from the 15000 block of U.S. 280 eastbound, Chelsea (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 20 Phenergan and four prescription iron pills.

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (service, gas station). Stolen was a North American Arms .22 magnum revolver valued at $218.

-Miscellaneous information (possible sexual activity) from Highway 11, Chelsea.

-Identity theft from the 2100 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Shelby (other, unknown). Forged, counterfeited were debit charges of $968.66, $10.80, $506.95 and $40.79.

-Criminal mischief from the 700 block of Highway 31, Alabaster. Damaged was a 1997 Honda Civic in the amount of $500.

-Domestic violence – assault from the 200 block of Briar Patch Way, Maylene.

-Domestic dispute from the 300 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Valentine Circle, Wilsonville.

Oct. 1

-Assault from the 100 block of Chism Circle, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence/assault from the 2000 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.

-Offering false instrument for recording from University of Montevallo (school, college).

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Oak Mountain Trail, Birmingham.

-Breaking and entering vehicle from the 1000 block of Kings Way, Birmingham. Stolen were a Dell laptop computer with flash drive valued at $2,050, a DVD valued at $16 and an AT&T file case valued at $5.

-Illegal possession of prescription drug from the parking lot of the Shelby County Courthouse, Columbiana. Confiscated, seized were 24 prescription capsules 5-milligram/2.5 milligrams each of Chlordiazepoxide and Clidinium and three prescription capsules 10 milligrams each of Dicyclomine Hydrochloride.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 5200 block of Sunny Meadows Drive, Birmingham.

-Burglary/domestic violence/harassment from the 2100 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham.

-Burglary/theft from the 300 block of Liberty Ridge Road, Chelsea. Stolen were a change jar valued at $55, a gold chain necklace valued at $100 and a gold nugget bracelet valued at $1,000.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 100 block of Merry Glen Lane, Chelsea. Stolen was copper piping. Damaged were two air conditioning units and a water heater. Confiscated, seized were 2 grams of marijuana in a plastic Baggie.

-Minor in possession/consumption of alcohol from the dead-end of Crest Road, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information from the 1500 – 1700 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (highway, street).

-Giving false name to law enforcement from the 5100 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information from the Oak Mountain Middle School from the 5000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (school, college).

-Duty upon striking fixtures on highway from the 5200 block of Valleybrook Circle, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a wooden mailbox post in the amount of $50.

-Assault from the 2700 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from Norris Lane, Alabaster.

-Domestic investigation from the 3400 block of Highway 311.

Oct. 2

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 500 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 11000 block of Highway 43, Watson’s Grocery, Vandiver (service, gas station).

-Domestic violence from South River Road, Shelby.

-Incest – miscellaneous information from an unknown location inside Shelby County (highway, street).

-Theft of property from Forest Lakes Way, Sterrett. Stolen was a wedding band valued at $2,150 and a platinum engagement ring valued at $5,950.

-Hindering prosecution from the 600 block of Highway 17, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 9000 block of Eagle Valley Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was jewelry valued at $5,500.

-Animal cruelty from the 1000 block of Emerald Circle, Birmingham.

-Assault from McDow Road, Columbiana (Shelby County Jail) (government, public building).

-Menacing from the intersection Timberwood Trail and 36, Chelsea (highway, street).

-Vehicle fire from Anchor Way, Shelby. Damaged was a 1978 Chevrolet Malibu.

-Animal bite (cat) from Highway 491, Vandiver.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 100 block of Lorrin Lane, Sterrett. Stolen was a 2003 Mazda Protégé valued at $3,000.

-Criminal mischief from the 700 block of Alabama Highway 31, Alabaster. Damaged was a set for four tires for 1997 Honda Civic in the amount of $258.

Oct. 3

-Death investigation from the 3500 block of Highway 93, Helena.

-Missing person from the 1400 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Suicide attempt from Highway 25, Wilsonville.

-Dogs roaming at large from the 16000 block of Highway 42, Shelby.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Lenox Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were an Hewlett Packer computer system valued at $2,000, a Bose surround sound system valued at $500, an Element 32-inch LCD television valued at $300 and two men’s watches valued at $600.

-Property damage from Cahaba Valley Road at Shelby County Road 14, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Honda Accord.

-Domestic investigation from the 7000 block of Whitetail Cove, Birmingham.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Highway 17, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 2800 block of Highway 17, Montevallo. Damaged was a post and mailbox in the amount of $100.

-Fire investigation from Cardwell Circle, Montevallo. Damaged was a singlewide mobile home residence. Recovered was a Bryco .380 pistol.

-Theft of property from the 6700 block of Highway 71, Shelby. Stolen was $223.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (hotel, motel).

-Burglary from the 500 block of Highway 270, Maylene. Stolen three area rugs valued at $375, four portable heaters valued at $150 and seven electrical cords valued at $65 total.

-Sexual abuse/domestic violence-harassment from Eagle Point Circle, Birmingham.

Oct. 4

-Domestic investigation from the 5000 block of Chesapeake West, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Sheila Point, Shelby.

-Civil matter from Boone Lacey Lane, Maylene.

-Property damage from the 400 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged were a passenger side mirror and front window on a 2006 Ford Crown Victoria.

-Miscellaneous information from the 3500 block of Highway 32, Wilsonville.

-Harassment from the 300 block of County Road 474, Leeds.

-Domestic violence – harassment from Murry Drive, Montevallo.

-Menacing from the 100 block of Sheila Point, Shelby. Recovered was a FNP-9 firearm with 16, 9mm rounds.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Sheila Point, Shelby. (Suffix 01).

-Burglary from the 7000 block of County Road 280, Chelsea (other, unknown). Stolen were sheet of tin and a steel pipe.

-Burglary/unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 1500 block of Tara Drive, Columbiana. Stolen was a Garmin Nuvi global positioning unit valued at $179. Also listed were a Remington 742 rifle and a scope.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 8000 block of Woodfern Drive (highway, street). Stolen were three checks.

-Theft of property from the 6100 block of Highway 47, Shelby. Stolen wee two 16-inch tires valued at $50 and five $100-bills.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Lake Cahterine Drive, Sterrett. Stolen were a 1.5-carat diamond ring valued at $1,250 and a 12 carat blue topaz ring valued at $900.

-Death investigation from the 4000 block of Highway 18, Montevallo.

-Burglary from the 1000 block of Belvedere Cove, Birmingham.

-Violation of a protection from abuse order from Lenox Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5800 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett.

-Death investigation from the 5500 block of Surrey Lane, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5800 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett.

-Lost property from the 5200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Property damage from Highway 55 and Fern Glade (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Chevrolet Express van.

-Harassment from the 1800 block of Highway 56, Wilsonville.

Oct. 5

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Sams Place, Shelby. Stolen were a Bushnell game camera valued at $309, a RadioShack surveillance camera valued at $150, a white shovel valued at $25 and six garden lights valued at $24.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 1700 block of Morning Sun Circle, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen and recovered was a computer monitor valued at $200.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Highway 25, Wilton (other, unknown). Stolen were two power grinders valued at $200, an electric power cord valued at $50 and antique hand tools valued at $300.

-Domestic violence assault from the 1000 block of Belvedere Cove, Birmingham.

-Identity theft from the 300 block of Belvedere Circle, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 8000 block of Woodfern Road, Indian Springs. Stolen were 10 Titleist golf clubs valued at $500 and a red and green golf bag.

-Possession of a forged instrument from Walgreens from the 100 block of Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham (drug store). Forged, counterfeited was a prescription for 180 10-milligram Loratabs.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Outback Trail, Sterrett. Listed was damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Dogs roaming at large from the 100 block of Smith Trail, Alabaster.

-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Belvedere Cove, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1600 block of County Road 61, Columbiana.

-Property damage from Oakmont Road, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2004 Dodge Ram.

-Runaway juvenile located from the 4400 block of Dead Hollow Road North, Harpersville.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 10000 block of Highway 11/Chelsea High School, Chelsea (school, college).

-Domestic violence-harassment from Al Youth Drive, Birmingham.

-Welfare check from the 3200 block of Chickasaw Lane, Birmingham.

-Animal complaint from the 1300 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Dogwood Drive, Chelsea. Stolen was an Alabama license plate.
