-Theft of property from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Stolen were an iPhone valued at $700 and an outer box phone holder valued at $55.

-Lost property from undisclosed (department store). Listed were a purse valued at $130, an AL OLN, a Marvel City Federal Credit Union debit card, a Samsung digital camera valued at $100, thee Social Security cards and a diamond necklace valued at $200.

-Harassing communications from undisclosed.

-Criminal mischief from undisclosed. There were scratches to a vehicle interior.

-Theft of property from unknown. Stolen was an Alabama dealer tag valued at $100.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the Interstate 65 South area of 238 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire in the amount of $100.

-Criminal possession of forged instrument from Kentstone Way/Regions Bank (bank). Listed was a Regions check for $700.

-Damage to property from the 300 block of GrandeView Trail, Maylene. Damaged were landscaping and a tree.

-Identity theft/theft of property from the 1400 block of Applegate Drive. Stolen were bank funds in the amount of $49.99, $49.99 and $30.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated was a pouch containing a glass tube used to smoke marijuana.

Oct. 14

-Possession drug paraphernalia from the 700 block of Highway 70 (school, college). Confiscated, seized were three pipes used for smoking marijuana, rolling papers, a wood box containing marijuana residue and scales used for weighing drugs.

Oct. 15

-Burglary/theft of property from the 500 block of Old Highway 25 West. Stolen were an Xbox 360 with controls valued at $300 and a Nintendo Wii valued at $300. (Suffix 02).

-Counterfeiting-passing from the 200 block of West College (convenience store). Forged, counterfeited was a $100-bill.

Oct. 18

-Negotiating a worthless instrument from Piggly Wiggly (supermarket).

-Theft of property/unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 22000 block of Highway 25. Stolen was a Winchester Model 1300 Turkey Special .12-guage pump shotgun valued at $400 and a Honda 5.5 horsepower pressure washer valued at $800.

Oct. 19

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the parking lot of the Shelby County Courthouse. Stolen was $270 in cash, a Chase debit card and a Guess purse valued at $65.

Stolen were two Laglear Hummell floor sanders valued at $9,000, two Super 7R edgers valued at $3,600, a Clark 16-inch floor buffer valued at $900, two Geno floor vacuums valued at $500, a Dewalt double tank air compressor valued at #$220 and a 10-inch Dewalt miter saw valued at $180.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Corvette Way (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a convertible top on a 1994 Cutlass in the amount of $1,000. Stolen wee 200 CDs and a JVC AM/FM/CD player.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Buckingham Circle. Stolen was $600 in cash and a Regions Bank debit card.

-Criminal mischief/unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 900 block of Oak Street (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2006 Mitsubishi Endeavor in the amount of $300.
