Oct. 16

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 25000 block of Highway 145, Columbiana.

Oct. 20

-Assault from the 5000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).

-Property damage from Highway 280 and Cheshire Drive, Westover (highway, street). Damaged were a front bumper, hood, grill and fenders.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Highway 474, Leeds.

-Theft of property from the 5100 block of Lee Street, Birmingham. Stolen was a bank statement.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 19000 block of Highway 145, Shelby.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Highway 25, Vandiver (highway, street).

-Criminal eaves dropping from the 100 block of Linwood Road, Sterrett.

-Traffic complaint from Brook Highland Drive/Brook Highland Parkway, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Discharge duty weapon-sick animal from the 3600 block of Tall Timber Drive, Birmingham.

-Violation of protection order from the 11000 block of Highway 42, Shelby.

-Theft of property from Cahaba Valley Road (Heardmont Park), Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 1995 Jeep Cherokee (box style).

-Domestic violence from the 5400 block of Dover Cliff Circle, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/suicide attempt from Highway 47, Shelby.

-Burglary from the 2700 block of Highway 331, Columbiana. Stolen were a microwave, oven and six-burner gas stove.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 2000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (Winn Dixie lot) (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a purse valued at $300 and various cards.

-Theft of property (deception) from the 1000 block of Blue Heron Point, Birmingham. Stolen was a U.S. currency check valued at $19,983.60.

-Property damage from Highway 119 at Southern Boulevard, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2001 Ford pickup truck.

-Miscellaneous information from Camp Branch Road, Alabaster.

-Domestic investigation from Massey Road, Alabaster.

Oct. 21

-Domestic violence-assault from the 800 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Indian Crest Road, Indian Springs (highway, street). Damaged was a 1999 Buick Le Sabre.

-Domestic investigation from the 5000 block of Chesapeake West, Birmingham.

-Indecent exposure from the 2000 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham.

-Criminal trespass from the 600 block of Page Creek Road, Wilsonville (field, woods).

-Property recovered from 280 at County Road 442 at Westover Flea Market (other, unknown). Recovered were 67 Colchicine .6-milligram tablets.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett. Stolen was a purse, driver’s license, savings account information, Social Security card, reading glasses valued at $175 and cash valued at $80.

-Theft of property from the 8300 block of Highway 26, Columbiana. Stolen was a hearting and air system valued at $8,000.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 400 block of Camp Branch Circle, Alabaster. Confiscated, seized were six generic Loritab about 4.0 grams.

-Theft of property from the 2300 block of Highway 36, Chelsea. Stolen were an air compressor, copper wiring valued at $4,000.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 2000 block of Springfield Drive, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 10000 block of Highway 55. Stolen were 80 Xanax tablets and 80 Percacet tablets, 10-milligram.

-Drug paraphernalia from the parking lot of Dominos Pizza, 4000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a metal marijuana pipe with burnt marijuana residue.

-Theft of property from the zero-100 block of Edwards Lane. Stolen was a money transfer valued at $2,575.

-Theft of services from the 2200 block of Highway 31at Camp Branch Mobile Home Office, Calera (commercial). Stolen was a 2006 Gulfstream, Cavalier valued at $2,200.

-Property damage from the 0-100 block of Edwards Lane.

-Burglary from the 3600 block of Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a kerosene torpedo heater valued at $500 and a woman’s mountain bike valued at $600.

Oct. 22

-Theft of property from Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer.

-Harassing communications from the 600 block of Salser Lane, Columbiana.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Cahaba Oaks Trail, Birmingham. Stolen was a utility trailer valued at $2,500.

-Miscellaneous information from the 800 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information/use of spike strips from Highway 25 at U.S. 280, Harpersville (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college).

-Harassment/criminal mischief from the 16000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Marina Road, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road.

-Property damage from South Shades Crest Road (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe.

-Damage to property from County Road 47 and County Road 69, Columbiana (highway, street). Damaged was a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado.

-Theft of property from the 2300 block of Highway 39 at Intermediate School, Chelsea (school, college). Stolen was an iPhone valued at $499.

-Theft of property from the 2300 block of Highway 39 at Chelsea Intermediate, Chelsea (school, college). Stolen was $80 missing from manager’s office.

-Miscellaneous information from the 900 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-K-9 incident report/agency assist on St. Clair County traffic pursuit from Highway 25, Harpersville (highway, street). (Suffix 02).

-Unauthorized use of credit card from the 400 block of Merry Glen Lane, Chelsea. Forged, counterfeited was a MasterCard and stolen charges of $6.94, %86.06 and $23.50.

-Identity theft from Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham.

-Theft of property/criminal trespass from the 4200 block of Highway 57, Vincent. Stolen was a Yamaha Rhino ATV 2008 valued at $12,000.

-Theft of property from Highway 69, Chelsea. Stolen was a 3-ton air conditioning unit valued at $5,000.

-Domestic violence (harassing communications) from the 500 block of Caldwell Mill Circle.

-Civil dispute from the 1200 block of Highland Lakes Trail, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was the tag off of a 1977 Chevrolet truck.

-Miscellaneous information from the 9000 block of Chelsea Park Trail, Chelsea (school, college). Listed were four .40-caliber Smith and Wesson casings.

-Harassing communications – domestic violence from the 7700 block of Highway 47, Shelby.

-Found property from the 1500 block of Highway 70, Columbiana (highway, street). Recovered was a counterfeit $100-bill.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 13/Bent Pine Drive, Helena (highway, street).

-Forgery from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (service, gas station). Forged, counterfeited and recovered was a U.S. $20-bill.

-Harassing communications from the 2900 block of Clydebank Circle, Birmingham.

Oct. 23

-Canine incident report/attempted felony apprehension (track/patrol route) from Highway 83, Vincent.

-Property damage from Highway 119/Southern Boulevard, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria.

-Minor in possession/consumption of alcohol from Highway 13/Oak Brook Lane, Helena (highway, street).

-Resisting arrest/property damage from the 200 block of County Road 402, Shelby. Damaged was the back door of a mobile home.

-Criminal mischief from the 28000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville. Damaged was a fence-post and barbed wire type in the amount of $450.

-Harassment from the 500 block of Highway 9, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 8200 block of Highway 155, Montevallo.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 5800 block of Highway 16, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2500 block of Meadowood Circle, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 1400 block of Providence Park, Birmingham (government, public building). Damaged was a window frame.

-Duty while striking unattended vehicle from the 2900 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham. Damaged was a 1999 Ford Taurus in the amount of $1,000.

-Criminal mischief from the 800 block of Morning Sun Drive, Birmingham. Damaged were an exterior door window and exterior deck screen in the amount of $300.

-Property damage from the 11000 block of Highway 43, Sterrett (service, gas station). Damaged was a 2007 BMW 328i.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 7000 block of Eagle Point Trail, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-assault/resisting arrest from the 200 block of Marina Road, Shelby. Recovered were 13 Hydrocodone 10-milligram (about 11 grams), 25.25 Clonazepam 2-milligram (about 4.75 grams) a Smith and Wesson .357 magnum revolver and seven rounds of .357 magnum ammunition.

-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Kings Way, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Criminal trespass from Barnett Street, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence from the 800 block of Highway 221, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 17000 block of Highway 25, Columbiana. Stolen was a 2003 Stratus boat with Evinrude 225 horsepower motor valued at $18,500, fishing tackle and supplied valued at $8,000.

-Theft of property from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (Chipotle Grill) (restaurant). Stolen was about $1,000 in cash.

-Discharging firearm into unoccupied building from Highway 25, Sterrett. A windowpane was shattered in the amount of $200.

-Canine incident report/business-forced entry-K9 building searched, Employment Screening Services, Providence Park, Birmingham (commercial).

-Criminal mischief from the 3500 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham (parking lot, garage, residence, home). Damaged were the driver’s door and driver’s side back door of a vehicle in the amount of $1,000.

-Miscellaneous from Nelson Circle, Montevallo.

-Juvenile runaway from the 4400 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham.

-Assault from the 8000 block of Highway 155, Montevallo.

Oct. 24

-Domestic violence investigation from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from Southwood Drive, Alabaster.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Highway 69, Chelsea. Stolen were $250 in quarters, $400 in jewelry and a Purple Heart medal.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 4700 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a driver’s door glass in the amount of $250. Stolen were a purse valued at $100, a Blackberry Curve valued at $170, $80 in cash, Alabama driver’s license, Wal-Mart and Firestone credit cards.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 100 block of Hayes Circle, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 8200 block of Highway 155, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence harassment from South Forty Drive, Alabaster.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Chesser lane, Chelsea. Stolen a jewelry item valued at $750.

-Dogs roaming at large from the 100 block of Jade Lane, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Wood Cove, Columbiana.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Main Street, Columbiana (parking lot, garage).

-Public intoxication from the 400 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).

-Missing person from the 900 block of Highway 49, Columbiana.

-Property damage from U.S. Highway 280/Klein Road, Harpersville (highway, street). Damaged was a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder.

-Assault from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (parking lot, garage).

Oct. 25

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 400 block of Reynolds Cemetery, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 400 block of Reynolds Cemetery Road, Montevallo.

-Death investigation from the 400 block of St. Annes Drive, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Death investigation from the 13000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver.

-Fail to pay for gasoline from the 11000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver, Watson Grocery (convenience store). Stolen were 14.8 gallons of regular gasoline valued at $40.13.

-Domestic investigation from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Assault from Chelsea Middle School, County Road 39, Chelsea (school, college).

-Agency assist-forensic processing from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office (government, public building). Listed as a Sprint Samsung item.

-Theft of property from the 5800 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Stolen was an Alabama license plate valued at $103.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Brown Street, Wilton.

-Attempting to elude from Highway 280, Narrows Parkway, Chelsea (highway, street).

-Harassment from the 2200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (commercial). Stolen were two American Express gift cards valued at $700 total.

Oct. 26

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1900 block of Stone Brook Lane, Birmingham. Stolen and recovered was a pair of size 12 Adidas shoes.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1800 block of Stone Brook Lane, Birmingham. Stolen and recovered were Oakley sunglasses valued at $250.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle/theft of property from the 2000 block of Stone Brook Drive, Birmingham. Recovered was a Blackberry item valued at $200.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle/unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Stone Brook Lane, Birmingham. Stolen and recovered were 29 Hydrocodone – APAP 7.5-500 tablets.

-Miscellaneous information from the 6100 block of Chelsea Road, Columbiana.

-Theft of property/criminal trespass from the 100 block of Atchison Drive, Chelsea (department store). Stolen were two Carhart tan canvas carpenter pants valued at $64.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Murray Drive, Montevallo (residence, home, service, gas station).

-Domestic investigation from the front gate of Carnoustie Drive, Birmingham (highway, street).

-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Willow Leaf Circle, Wilsonville (highway, street). Damaged was a 200-foot Class a silk fence in the amount of $800.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Gibson Road, Columbiana. Damaged was a 2005 Scion XB in the amount of $500.

-Domestic investigation from the 900 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (specialty store).

-Harassment from the 700 block of Highway 31 South, Alabaster (convenience store).

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 2000 building of Kenley Way, Birmingham. Stolen was a debit card.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (highway, street).

-Theft of services from Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham (hotel, motel). Stolen were hotel accommodations valued at $2,647.08.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Wildwood Lane, Indian Springs.

-Death investigation from the 3500 block of Highway 30, Wilsonville.

-Death investigation from the 400 block of Baker Grove Lane, Vincent.

-Death investigation from the 6500 block of Hold Highway 280, Sterrett.
