Oct. 22
-Miscellaneous information from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (service, gas station). Forged, counterfeited and recovered was a U.S. 20-bill.
Oct. 24
-Interference with the custody of a child/child in need of supervision from Old Stone Drive, Birmingham.
Oct. 26
-Property damage from the 47000 block of Highway 25 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Chevrolet Sebring.
Oct. 27
-Trespassing from Highway 43, Vandiver (field, woods).
-Animal bite from the 200 block of Highway 13, Helena.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Rachel Lane, Wilsonville.
-Possession of marijuana from the 3400 block of Highway 37, Shelby. Confiscated, seized was about 1 gram of green leafy substance.
-Property damage from the 2000 block of Blue Springs Road, Wilsonville (highway, street). Damaged was a 2001 CR-V in the amount of $1,500.
-Miscellaneous from the 100 block of South Forty Drive, Alabaster.
-Criminal littering from the 2300 block of County Road 39 at Chelsea Intermediate, Chelsea (school, college).
-Menacing from the 3400 block of Caldwell Mill road, Birmingham (school, college).
Oct. 28
-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Emerald Circle, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Camelia Street, Harpersville. (Suffix 01).
-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Camelia Street, Harpersville.
-Miscellaneous information from the 300 block of Chesser Park Drive, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous information from the 4000 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (highway, street).
-Domestic violence -harassment from the 600 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 1100 block of Dunnavant Place, Birmingham (highway, street). Stolen were a leather wallet valued at $30, $40 in cash, various cards, a pack of Marlboro cigarettes and lighter valued at $6 and a pack of chewing gun valued at $1.50.
-Theft from the 100 block of Sunset Lake Drive, Chelsea. Stolen were jewelry items valued at $4,000.
-Domestic violence – assault from the 2800 block of Highway 10, Montevallo (four reports, same case number).
-Fraudulent use of credit card from the 3300 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham. Forged, counterfeited was a charge to PC Tools for $89.00.
-Domestic violence (assault) from the 100 block of Narrows Point Court, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 21000 block of County Road 55, Sterrett.
-Burglary from Vincent (other, unknown). Stolen an Apple iPod valued at $300, a fishing rod with reel valued at $700, a hunting ground blind valued at $200 and a nail gun valued at $400.
-Burglary from Bluebird Lane, Shelby. Stolen were three large flat screen televisions, a Remington 20-gauge pump shotgun, a DVD player, a stereo receiver and 12 Bud Light lime beer cans.
-Miscellaneous information from Chesser Park Drive, Chelsea.
-Harassment from Depot Street, Wilton.
Oct. 29
-Possession of marijuana/drug paraphernalia from Highway 280, Chelsea (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were .7 grams of green leafy substance (marijuana) and a metal pip and spoon used to smoke crack cocaine.
-Torture or willful abuse of a child under 18 from Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. Confiscated, seized was a leather belt with metal rings/chain (broken).
-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/unlawful distribution of a controlled substance from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college). Confiscated, seized were three oblong red capsules inscribed V4206 identified as Meprozine and a Nokia cell phone.
-Death investigation from Marigold Road, Shelby. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Death investigation from Walters Cove, Sterrett.
-Burglary from the 2600 block of Butte Woods Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were a Hitachi air compressor valued at $350, tools valued at $1,650 and a Sony digital camera valued at $450.
-Miscellaneous report from Old 280, Chelsea (restaurant).
-Domestic violence/assault from the 200 block of Highland Lane, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from the 800 block of Glaze Road, Vincent. Stolen were a 1911 Remington .45-caliber handgun valued at $1,500, a High Standard .22-caliber handgun valued at $100, a Smith and Wesson Model 19 .38 special valued at $150, a Smith and Wesson Airlight .38 special valued at $600, a flintlock .45-caliber single shot handgun valued at $50 and a .45-caliber single-shot handgun valued at $50.
-Burglary from the 3000 block of County Road 37, Columbiana. Stolen were one gas and two electric hot water heaters, a washing machine and copper and aluminum scrap metal.
-Miscellaneous from Chelsea Road, Chelsea (service, gas station). Recovered was a small zip lock Baggie containing methamphetamine (1 gram tablet).
-Harassing communications from the 900 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Bird Song Lane, Montevallo.
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Asberry Road, Montevallo. Damaged was a water heater in the amount of $200.
-Property damage from Alabama Highway 25 at Reeder Street, Wilton (highway, street). Damaged was a 1996 Jeep Cherokee in the amount of $500.
-Property damage from Highway 280/Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham (highway, street).
-Criminal trespass from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (other, unknown).
Oct. 30
-Unauthorized use of vehicle from Highway 260, Maylene.
-Harassment from Hawthorne Street, Birmingham.
-Damage to property from County Road 47 and County Road 333, Columbiana (highway, street). Damaged was a Mazda 626.
-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Highland Lane, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous information from the 2900 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).
-Criminal trespass from Highland Lakes Subdivision, Birmingham (field, woods).
-Domestic violence harassment from the 2500 block of Highway 37, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence (menacing) from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road.
-Domestic violence -harassment from the 200 block of Lloyd’s Lane, Shelby.
-Domestic investigation/possession of drug paraphernalia from the 300 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. Confiscated, seized were a glass marijuana pipe, a wood marijuana pipe, Blade digital scales and two large plastic bag with marijuana residue.
-Criminal trespass from the 3000 block of Highway 331, Columbiana (field, woods).
-Domestic investigation from Castle Creek Drive, Vandiver.
-Suicide attempt from Willow Ridge Drive, Indian Springs.
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Limerock Road, Harpersville (field, woods). Damaged was a 1955 Chevrolet Bel-Aire.
-Property damage from Essex Drive/U.S. Highway 280, Sterrett (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Lexus LS430 in the amount of $1,000.
Oct. 31
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 18000 block of County Road 55, Sterrett (church). Stolen were two debit card and two checkbook items valued at $100 total, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25, a food stamp card valued at $25, a bag with draw strings containing a wallet with buckle valued at $25 and two packs of Marlboro Menthols valued at $8.
-Runaway juvenile from the 3300 block of Culloden Way, Birmingham.
-Death investigation from the 800 block of Third Street Northeast, Alabaster (other, unknown). Listed were various medications.
-Domestic investigation from the 6900 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville.
-Civil dispute from the 6200 block of Eagle Point Circle, Birmingham.
-Assault from the 2500 block of Highway 37, Columbiana.
-Domestic violence investigation from the 9000 block of South Main Street, Wilsonville.
-Domestic investigation from the 3500 block of Chippenham Drive, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Whitfield Drive, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from the 200 block of Edgeland Road, Vandiver. Stolen was a floor jack with handle valued at $50.

-Theft of property from the 30000 block of Highway 71, Shelby. Stolen were thee 2 by 4 by 10-foot lumber items valued at $20.
-Animal at large from the 7400 block of Highway 51, Westover (commercial).
Nov. 1
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 17000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett. (Suffix 01).
-Domestic violence-menacing/domestic violence-harassment from the 17000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett. (Suffix 02).
-Theft of property from Smith Road, Chelsea. Stolen were jewelry items valued at $700.
-Harassing communications/domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Lay Port Loop, Shelby.
-Unlawful breaking and entering motor vehicle from the 1400 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham. Damaged were a 1994 Ford Mustang rear window in the amount of $100 and dashboard in the amount of $200. Stolen was a Ford AM/FM CD/radio valued at $200.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 1500 block of County Road 74, Chelsea. Stolen were two exterior air conditioning units valued at $2,000. Damaged was a window in the amount of $200.
-Child abuse, torture or willful abuse of a child under 18 from Highway 39, Chelsea.
-Theft of property from the 6400 block of Highway 71, Shelby. Stolen were 70 Lortab 7.5-milligram and 55 Alprazolam 1-milligram.
-Harassment from the 4700 block of U.S. Highway 280 West, Birmingham (restaurant).
-Harassing communications from the 2500 block of Highway 145, Columbiana.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Highway 17, Montevallo.
-Domestic investigation from Town Creek Apartments, Highway 70, Columbiana.

-Property damage from unknown (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 1999 GMC Sierra.

Nov. 2
-Death investigation (hospice) from the 8100 block of Highway 22, Montevallo. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Domestic violence/harassment from the 200 block of Day Spring Drive, Chelsea.
-Theft of property from the 3400 block of Highway 26, Alabaster (specialty store). Stolen was a 1997 Ford F150 with a damage amount listed of $3,000.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 300 block of South Cove Court, Bessemer. Stolen were a 19994 Peavey Foundation four-string bass in a Peavey case valued at $500, a YMCA shock with eight flag football belts and a clipboard valued at $20 and An XL Columbia hooded jacket valued at $120.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (jail, prison). Recovered were two small plastic Baggies containing a green leafy substance (marijuana).
-Harassing communications from the 5400 block of Sunrise Drive, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous from the 200 block of Day Spring Drive, Chelsea.
-Domestic investigation from the 6000 block of Beaver Brook Cove, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 3400 block of Highway 26, Alabaster (specialty store). Damaged was a 1997 Dodge Ram gas tank in the amount of $200.
-Harassment from the 100 block of Heritage Road, Shelby.
-Miscellaneous information from the 26600 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (highway, street).
-Leaving the scene of an accident from U.S. 280 East and Highland Lakes Drive, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a pickup side door (scratched).
-Leaving the scene of an accident from Highway 280 and Inverness Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a Honda Accord.
-Property damage from the 4600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (highway, street).
