Chelsea woman dies in U.S. 280 wreck

CHELSEA — The Alabama Highway Patrol reported a Chelsea woman died in a two-vehicle car accident Nov. 17 on U.S. 280 in Chelsea at approximately 8:52 p.m.
Rhonda Price, 51, was driving a 2010 Kia Forte when the accident occurred. She was transported to Shelby Baptist where she died.
The other vehicle involved in the accident was a 2010 Ford Focus driven by Olen Keith Croft, 18, of Wilsonville. Croft was not injured.
The accident is still under investigation by the state troopers.
