-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 31 at Interstate 65 (highway, street). Stolen 16 1-milligram Xanax pills, 21 2-milligram Xanax pills, a glass tube, a pack of JOB 1.5 rolling papers and a clear bag containing 4.5 grams of marijuana.
-Information only from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Confiscated, seized was a bag of Dynamite herbal incense weighing 3.9 grams.
-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from Wal-mart, 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Confiscated, seized were three paper bills with $20 markings.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Colonial Promenade Parkway and Progress Drive (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a pipe believed to be used to smoke marijuana and 6 grams of green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.
-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from Amstar Theater, 820 Colonial Promenade Parkway (other, unknown). Confiscated, seized were two paper pills with $20 markings.
-Lost or stolen property from the city of Alabaster (other, unknown). Listed was a license plate.
-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Confiscated, seized was a lid with metal socket in the middle common used to smoke marijuana.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/unlawful possession of marijuana from the 300 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Recovered were an 11 gram liquid believed to be Tussionex, 4.9 grams (four cellophane bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana), .4 grams (two pills identified as Alprazolam.

-Theft of property from Warrior Drive (school, college). Stolen were a Motorola item valued at $100, a wallet valued at $40, a driver’s permit valued at $1 and $70 in cash.
-Damage to property from the 9000 block of Highway 119 (drug store). Damaged was a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado in the amount of $2,000.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a green leafy substance wrapped in a cellophane bag believe to be marijuana.
