-Fraudulent use of a credit card/debit card from an apartment at Kensington Manor, Calera. Stolen was a debit card valued at $360.

-Harassing communications from the 3700 block of Highway 77, Columbiana.
-Civil dispute from the 9600 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville.
-Miscellaneous information from the 7900 block of Highway 17, Maylene.
-Fraudulent use of credit card from the 200 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton. Stolen as a Discover card valued at $3,292.28. Also listed was a graphing calculator.
Dec. 1
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 58000 block of Highway 25, Leeds (service, gas station).
-Theft of property from the 500 block of Highway 402, Shelby. Stolen were 30 100-milligram Morphine pills, a gold Jemison class ring with blue stone, documents and papers and a safe valued at $300. (Suffix 02).
-Theft of property from the 500 block of Highway 402, Shelby. Stolen were 21 2-milligram Kolonopin, 54 200-milligram morphine pills, a platinum wedding ring with princess diamond, three Fossil watches, a gold necklace with a dolphin charm, $300 in cash and a pear shaped diamond ring. (Suffix 01).
-Burglary from the 11000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo. Stolen were a Poulan 16-inch chainsaw valued at $150 and 15 DVDs valued at $150.
-Theft of property from the 1900 bock of Highway 30, Columbiana. Stolen was a Goodman 3-ton heat pump valued at $2,500.
-Receiving stolen property/unlawfully carrying pistol from Interstate 65 at ramp 247 (Valleydale Road on ramp) (highway, street). Recovered were an Easy Go golf cart, a Chevrolet 1500 pickup, a trailer, a .32-caliber L.W. Seecamp pistol, a Glock 29 10 mm pistol and a Glock 19 9 mm pistol.
-Identity theft from the 7100 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen was a credit card valued at $1,217.06.
-Death investigation from Sweet Gum Lane, Chelsea.
-Burglary from the 50000 block of Highway 43, Sterrett. Stolen were a Glock 9 mm and Glock 40-caliber firearms valued at $1,000 and four loaded magazines.
-Failure to pay for gas purchase from the 1500 block of Highway 70, Columbiana (convenience store). Stolen were 18.15 gallons of gas valued at $50.08.

Dec. 2
-Property damage from the 11000 block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Leeds (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Toyota Camry.
-Miscellaneous from the 200 block of Birch Creek Drive, Birmingham. Listed was a black, brown and white dog.
-Harassment from Old 280, Chelsea.
-Criminal mischief from the 700 block of Highway 31, Alabaster. Damaged were a flowerpot, two wood posts, an aluminum flower item and two mailboxes in the amount of $120 total.
-Domestic violence/assault from the 16000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.
-Robbery from the 4000 block of Highway 119, Montevallo (convenience store). Stolen was $550 in U.S. currency and Newport cigarettes.
-Burglary from the 100 block of Chelsea Station Drive, Chelsea. Damaged were a door and frame. Stolen was a GE stove top oven.
-Theft of lost property/public intoxication/resisting arrest from the 8000 block of County Road 51 (highway, street). Recovered were a Hitachi grill, a Hitachi reciprocating saw, a Skilsaw 5400 circular saw, a Lakewood heater and an extension cord.
-Burglary from the 7000 block of Highway 25, Montevallo. Stolen was copper wire.
-Death investigation from the 7900 block of Old 280, Chelsea. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Theft of property from the 200 block of Convoy Road, Sterrett. Stolen was a two reindeer and Santa Claus decoration kit valued at $200.
-Harassment from the 6600 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).
-Structure fire from the 25000 block of Highway 25, Columbiana. Damaged was a mobile home.
-Miscellaneous information from Strawberry Road, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of control substance from County Road 73 and County Road 8, Montevallo (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a small bag containing methamphetamine (0.7 grams).

-Property damage from Highway 52 near Highway 93, Helena. Damaged was a 2002 Nissan pickup.
-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Highway 332, Pelham.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 2700 block of Buckhorn Cove, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a speaker box with two Bose 12-inch speakers and a Kenwood 1,200 watt amplifier valued at $300. Damaged was a rear window in the amount of $400.
-Agency assist-forensic examination (St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office -Rape investigation) from Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.
-Suicide attempt from South Shades Crest Road, Bessemer.

-Robbery/domestic violence (harassment) from the 1900 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.
-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle from the 200 block of Amore Lane, Chelsea. Stolen was a 1994 Dodge Dakota valued at $2,500.
-Unlawful possession of a control substance/minor in consumption of alcohol/possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from the 800 block of Barrister Court, Birmingham. Confiscated, sized were two Adderall, a Baggie with green leafy substance believed to be Serenity, a green glass water pipe and a plastic top with a socket in it used as drug paraphernalia.
-Fire investigation from the 3600 block of Highway 32, Wilsonville. Listed was a storage building/barn. Damaged were a John Deere 310 backhoe in the amount of $11,000 and a Woods zero-turn lawn mower in the amount of $3,000.
-Animal bite from Highway 32, Wilsonville.
-Agency assist from Shelby County Sheriff’s Office computer lab.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 5400 block of U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2004 Lexus in the amount of $300. Stolen were a leather purse valued at $400 and purse contents valued at $10.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 5400 block of U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2004 Ford Expedition in the amount of $300. Stolen were a leather purse valued at $300 and a day planner with personal information valued at $40.
-Fraudulent use of debit card from the 100 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. Stolen 20 med benefits charges valued at $298.
-Theft of property from Mimosa Road, Leeds. Stolen was a 1997 Yamaha ATV valued at $700.
-Burglary from Mimosa Road, Leeds. Damaged was a window.
-Theft of property from Reynolds Cemetery Road, Montevallo (other, unknown). Stolen were 75 feet of chain link fencing.
-Theft of property from Plu Drive, Montevallo. Stolen wee four 250-foot rolls of copper wire valued at $200 total.
-Criminal mischief from the 6000 block of Eagle Point Circle, Birmingham. Damaged was a grass lawn in the amount of $500.
-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 4900 block of Monona Circle, Birmingham.
-Motor vehicle accident-delayed report/property damage from Inverness Center Drive, Birmingham (highway, street).
-Theft of property from Wal-Mart, the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen were items valued at $32.48.

-Burglary/robbery from the 1800 block of River Road, Helena. Stolen were a Samsung 32-inch LCD television valued at $700, a .38-caliber pistol, a .410 shotgun with wood stock, a .22-caliber semi-automatic rifle, 30 Darvocet pills and $5,000 in cash. (Suffix 01).
-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 300 block of Merry Hill Circle, Sterrett. Recovered were nine Lortab 10 weighing 5 grams.
