Ione Nasworthy, age 94 of Montevallo, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, Dec. 20, 2010. She was a longtime member of Montevallo First Baptist Church and Montevallo Senior Center.

She is survived by her caregiver and great-niece, Donna Serrano and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 21 from 6-8 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Montevallo. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 22 at 11 a.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Montevallo Cemetery. Dr. Terry Sutton officiating.
