-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of prescription medication from Highway 31 at the Interstate 65 northbound onramp (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a small bag of marijuana, 1.3 grams and 11 white pills identified as Soma 5.8 grams.

-Harassing communications from unknown in Alabaster.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Brent Way. Stolen was an insurance check valued at $5,774.19.

-Damage to property from the 300 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Damaged was a 2005 Saturn in the amount of $500.

-Menacing from the 1300 block of West Navajo Drive.

-Information only (juvenile runaway) from the 600 block of Old Town Lane.

-Domestic violence investigation/harassment from the 1200 block of Ash Cove.

-Theft of property from the 1100 block of Arrowhead Trail. Stolen was a Rossi .38-caliber revolver valued at $300 and a ladies’ seven diamond gold ring valued at $2,000.

-Disorderly conduct from the 1500 block of Applegate Drive.

-Domestic violence investigation/harassment from the 900 block of Navajo Trail. Recovered was a taser cartridge deployed valued at $20.

-Theft of property from the 630 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were a camo Auburn wallet valued at $35 and a Wells Fargo debit card valued at $15.

-Violation of leash law from Fifth Avenue Southeast (highway, street).

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Ashford Lane (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 Chevrolet Impala in the amount of $1,000.

-Theft of property from the 9000 block of County Road 17, Maylene. Stolen were a Roper washing machine valued at $219, a Roper clothes dryer valued at $197, a ceramic cook top valued at $328 and two bar stools valued at $100.

-Harassment/harassing communications from the 500 block of Windsor Court.

-Unsecured door from the 1100 block of Eagle Drive.

-Identity theft from 301 E. Main St., Hartselle (other, unknown).

-Identity theft, Florida (other, unknown).

-Attempted suicide from Jasmine Drive.

-Barking dog nuisance from the 100 block of Widgeon Drive.

-Information only from the 400 block of Third Street Northeast.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Grande View Lane. Damaged was a 2007 4-Runner in the amount of $200.

-Structure fire from the 400 block of First Street North (restaurant). Damaged was a chimney.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Cedar Meadow, Maylene.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 at Second Street Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 16 grams of green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive, Suite 2300 (department store). Stolen and recovered was a Garmin global positioning unit valued at $399.99.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was $800 in cash.

-Breaking and entering of vehicle/theft of property from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road. Stolen CD/MP3 player valued at $100. Damaged was a wood grain dash panel in a 1999 Mercury Mystique in the amount of $50.

-Information only from 720 Fulton Springs Road (commercial).

-Counterfeit bill from the 250 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Forged, counterfeited was a $100 bill.

-Information only from the 1000 block of Hillwood Drive.

-Damage to property from the 7800 block of Highway 17, Maylene (highway, street). Damaged was a 2009 Ford F-150 pickup in the amount of $200.

-Property damage from the 1100 block of Eagle Drive. Damaged was a windowpane in the amount of $300.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 200 block of Leaf Lane.

Dec. 10

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 119 at CVS (highway, street). Recovered was 1 gram of a white rocklike substance believed to be crack cocaine.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (highway, street). Recovered were .3 grams of marijuana and a red dugout.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from First Street Southwest (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Tom Tom global positioning unit valued at $54.

-Information from the 180 block of Allen Drive.

-Harassment from 450 Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant).

-Information only (unresponsive person) from 100 Harvest Way (church).

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Big Oak Drive. Damaged was a 2008 Mercedes in the amount of $1,200.

-Information only from the 1000 block of First Street North (highway, street). Damaged was asphalt from Highway 31 North from Highway 119 to Industrial Road (fuel spill).

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Recovered were two pipes of plastic bottle tops and mechanic sockets.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of First Street North (commercial). Stolen were a Perfect Heat heater valued at $207.08.

-Harassment from Thompson Sixth Grade Center (school, college).

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of Highway 31 (supermarket). Stolen wee meat products valued at $7.11.

Dec. 11

-Information only from the 700 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (commercial). Stolen were “bad” checks valued at $19.08, $19.28, $15.51, $23.47, $32.23 and $109.57.

-Criminal trespassing from the 100 block Carter Lane. Damaged was a doorframe in the amount of $10.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 100 block of Grande View Lane, Maylene.

-Forgery/theft of property from the 1300 block of Navajo Trail. Stolen were 20 Regions checks valued at $6,151.73.

-Information only from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (supermarket).

-Damage to property from the 200 block of Smokey Road. Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $200.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Water Elm Drive, Maylene. Stolen was 2008 Chevrolet Silverado valued at $30,000 and a Taurus .38-calibeer revolver valued at $200.

-Domestic dispute from the 100 block of Red Oak Lane.

-Criminal trespass/criminal mischief from the 500 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast. Damaged was a window and screen in the amount of $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 10 block of Port South Lane. Stolen was a Muryama blower valued at $400.

-Abandoned vehicle from Highway 119/Smokey Road (highway, street).

-Domestic incident from the 300 block of 12th Street Southwest.

-Unlawful possession of prescription medication from 1800 Woodbrook Trail (parking lot, garage). Recovered were .9 grams, six 1-milligram Clozapine tablets.

-Property damage from the 9200 block of Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Chevrolet Colorado.

-Criminal trespass/theft from 233 Robert Thomas Drive (commercial). Damaged was chain link fencing in the amount of $200. Stolen were six 50-foot copper welding leads valued at $1,080.

-Domestic violence from 18th Street.

-Theft from 5075 U.S. Highway 31 (commercial). Stolen was a Northwestern vending machine valued at $200.

-Theft (shoplifting) from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Stolen and recovered were a showerhead valued at $44.97, a diverter valued at $9.97 and a shower hook valued a $6.47.

-Property damage from 8936 U.S. Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Ford Freestyle in the amount of $1,000.

-Theft from 7232 U.S. Highway 31 (commercial). Stolen were two job boxes valued at $598, a steel door frame valued at $150, a dozer scraper blade valued at $800, a dozer blade end bits valued at $210, 48 bucket bottom plates valued at $1,008 and eight bucket teeth valued at $168.

-Theft from 116 County Road 95 (other, unknown). Stolen was copper wire valued at $153.

-Burglary/theft from County Road 75. Stolen were a Sony 36-inch plasma flat screen television valued at $800 and a flat screen television valued at $400.

-Theft (shoplifting) from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Recovered were items valued at $43.19.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol/unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 261 at Alabama Brick (highway, street). Recovered were .8 grams of marijuana and a glass pipe with marijuana in the bowl.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 200 block of Spring Creek Road. Stolen was an SKS firearm with synthetic stock valued at $1,000, an Xbox 360 valued at $350, a Ruger 10/22 firearm with 10-round magazine valued at $230, a Tasco red dot scope valued at $40, Butler Creek clear plastic 25-round magazine for a .22-caliber firearm valued at $30, and a 550-round box of .22-caliber Remington gold hollowpoint bullets valued at $20. Damaged was a plastic safe in the amount of $90.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Commerce Parkway (liquor store). Damaged in the amount of $500 was a glass door. Stolen were five Jack Daniels Angelo valued at $150, four Jack Daniels 160 Birthday valued at $88 and four The Glenlivet valued at $208.

-Property damage-vehicle from Old Montgomery Highway (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007y Honda VTX 1800.

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were items valued at $46.

-Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance from Chandabrook Drive at Trailridge Drive (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 8.5 green tablets marked C14 reported to be Clonazepam 1-milligram valued at $20.

-Violation of municipal ordinance – auto junked or scrap yard/violation of municipal ordinance -business license required from Dano Auto Sales, 3420 Pelham Parkway (other, unknown).
