Montevallo takes down West Blocton

The Montevallo High School girls’ basketball team defeated West Blocton 55-34 in high school basketball action Feb. 1.
Amber Cardwell led the Bulldogs (13-8) with 30 points.
Cardwell also grabbed a team-high 16 rebounds to finish with a double-double.
