Jan. 15
-Minor in consumption/contributing to the delinquency of minor from County Road 42 near Highway 25, Calera (highway, street0. Listed as damaged, destroyed were 11 Coors Light beers.
Jan. 17
-Property damage from Brook Highland Parkway at U.S. Highway 280 West, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2011 Chevrolet HHR.
Jan. 18
-Theft of property from the 19000 block of Highway 280 West, Birmingham (Sports Blast) (other, unknown). Stolen as an Apple iPhone valued at $300.
-Harassing communications from the 800 block of Highway 60, Vincent.
-Harassment from the 1200 block of Highway 440.
-Property damage from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea. Damaged was a 2997 Pontiac G6.
-Miscellaneous information from the 1800 block of Highway 30.
-Domestic investigation from the 2800 block of Highway 25, Wilton (commercial).
Jan. 19
-Domestic investigation from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham.
-Property damage from Highland Lakes Drive/Southledge, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Toyota Camry LE.
-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Chelsea Ridge Trail, Chelsea.
-Death investigation from the 100 block of Mt. Laurel Avenue, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Domestic violence (assault) from the 1600 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.
-Law enforcement assist fire/EMS from Hawthorne Street, Birmingham. Damaged was a hardwood front door and frame.
-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 200 block of Valentine Circle, Wilsonville.
-Miscellaneous information from the 8000 bock of Highway 17, Maylene.
-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Highway 219, Montevallo. Damaged was a front door.
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Truss Curry Circle, Shelby. Damaged were air conditioning duct tubing and an air conditioning vent.
-Found property from Highway 31 and Interstate 65, exit 238, Alabaster (highway, street). Recovered was an Alabama license plate.
-Domestic violence/assault/unlawful possession of marijuana from the 1000 block of Springfield Drive, Chelsea. Recovered was 6.5 grams marijuana.
-Death investigation from the 100 block of Highway 19, Montevallo.
-Domestic violence – assault from the 1000 block of Springfield Drive, Chelsea. Suffix (01).
-Domestic violence – assault from the 1000 block of Springfield Drive, Chelsea. Suffix (02).
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 1000 block of Springfield Drive, Chelsea. Confiscated, seized was 6.5 grams of marijuana. Suffix (03).
-Theft of property/criminal mischief from Alabama Power East, Pelham Transmission Station, Highway 39, Chelsea (other, unknown). Stolen were 151 items with copper ground wire valued at $11,450. Damages were holes cut through chain link fences in the amount of $400.
-Theft of property/falsifying business records from the 100 block of Carnoustie North, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen was $23,962 in unauthorized pay.
-Burglary from the 2200 block of Creswell Road, Harpersville. Stolen were hand and power tools and possibly six rifles.
Jan. 20
-Criminal mischief from Stonegate Drive at subdivision entrance, Birmingham (other, unknown). Damaged was a security gate with two openers in the amount of $800.
-Miscellaneous information from Winn Dixie, the 100 block of Chelsea Corners, Chelsea (supermarket).
-Domestic investigation from Truss-Curry Circle, Shelby.
-Theft of property from the 500 block of Highway 70, Columbiana (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an portable intoximeter Alco-Sensor.
-Criminal mischief from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (restaurant). Damaged was the driver’s side of a vehicle in the amount of $400.
-Harassing communications from the 200 block of McGowan Road, Wilsonville.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from Hillside Drive, Columbiana.
-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 280 West (restaurant). Confiscated, seized were a syringe and spoon.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Greenhill Parkway and Highway 280, Birmingham (highway, street). Recovered were five partially burned hand-rolled cigarettes containing suspected marijuana, approximately 1 gram total and a quantity of stems and seeds believed to be marijuana, approximately .75 grams. -Domestic violence (harassment) from the 700 block of County Road 315, Columbiana.
-Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Highway 315, Columbiana.
-Harassing communications from the 2400 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster.
-Theft of property/criminal mischief from the 26000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (commercial). Stolen were 40 items – copper wiring for substation grounding valued at &75.83. Damaged was a 6-foot section of chain link fencing in the amount of $100.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 700 block of Highway 31, Alabaster (other, unknown). Stolen were a purse and silver ring valued at $200, various cards and a checkbook.
-Violation of Alabama Registration Act from the 2800 block of Riverview Road, Birmingham.
Jan. 21
-Property damage from U.S. 280 and County Road 280, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Dodge pickup.
-Death investigation from Creek Hollow Trail, Wilsonville.
-Miscellaneous information from Shelby County Sheriff’s Office North Sub, Birmingham (other, unknown).
-Domestic investigation from the 2500 block of County Road 61, Columbiana.
-Civil dispute from the 5200 block of Sunny Meadows Drive, Birmingham.
-Property damage from the 5300 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2009 Ford Escape.
-Minor in consumption of alcohol/possession of marijuana from Highway 49 and Chelsea Ridge Road, Chelsea (field, woods). Confiscated, seized was a Baggie of green leafy substance 35.5 grams. Suffix (01).

-Domestic investigation from the 2200 block of Highway 31, Calera.

-Property damage from County Road 43 area of Forest Parks (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Honda Civic.
-Civil dispute from the 6700 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville.
-Identity theft from Shelby.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3100 block of Chelsea Ridge, Chelsea. Stolen were two radar detectors (Cobra) valued at $200 each.
-Breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3000 block of Chelsea Park Ridge. Stolen was an XM radio. Damaged was an air vent to a vehicle.
-Burglary from the 5000 block of Lee Street Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were a bank deposit bag containing $300 in cash, a purse, two angel statues and a passport.
-Burglary from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (school, college). Damaged was a steel door and lock in the amount of $350.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 7500 block of Highway 41, Leeds. Stolen were items valued at $2,545.
-Stalking from Highway 55, Sterrett.
-Minor in consumption of alcohol/possession of marijuana/possession drug paraphernalia from Highway 49 and Chelsea Ridge Road, Chelsea (field, woods). Confiscated, seized were two Baggies of green leafy substance, 39 grams, a pill bottle with Lorcet, a bag, a cigar and scales. Suffix (02).
Jan. 22
-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 25 at County Road 8, Wilton (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a pipe used to smoke crack, a plastic medicine containing containing crack residue and a gold Brillo.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 500 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.
-Runaway juvenile from the 600 block of Maplewood Lane, Sterrett (other, unknown).
-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 300 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. Stolen was a 2001 Mazda, Miata.

-Theft of property from the 1700 block of Morning Sun Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were a refrigerator, washer and dryer valued at $2,800.
-Burglary from the 7000 block of Highway 25, Montevallo (commercial). Stolen were copper items.

Damaged was a 2006 Chevrolet Colorado in the amount of $3,000 and 20 feet of rolling chain link gage in the amount of $1,000. Stolen was a 100-foot roll of 3/4-inch copper valued at $500 and a 50-foot coil of 2-inch copper valued at $300.
-Attempted burglary from Birmingham. Damaged was an item in the amount of $50.

-Theft or property from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college). Stolen was a Motorola item valued at $100.
-Theft of property -shoplifting from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (department store). Stolen were batteries valued at $19,88 and a Nivea product valued at $10.69.
-Located stolen vehicle from The Bowl, Highway 260, Maylene (field, woods, highway, street). Recovered was a 1993 Toyota three-quarter ton pickup.
-Domestic violence investigation from the 200 block of Poole Road, Shelby.
-Harassment from the 100 block of Branch Drive, Chelsea (highway, street).
-Domestic violence (menacing) from Barnett Mobile Home Park, Montevallo.
-Death investigation from the 52000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver.
-Obstructing justice (giving false identification)/driving under the influence from the 1600 block of Ashville Road, Montevallo (highway, street).
-Fraudulent use of credit card from the 100 block of Woodward Drive, Indian Springs (school, college).
-Theft of property/criminal mischief from the 1500 block of Highway 70, Mark’s Quick Shop, Columbiana (convenience store). Damaged was a pad lock. Stolen were 14 propane tanks with various markings valued at $700.
-Torture or willful abuse of a child under 18 from Highway 22, Montevallo.
Jan. 25
-Property damage from the 5000 block of Highway 86, Calera (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Chevrolet 6000 van.
-Possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1600 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham. Recovered were a green plant material (marijuana) in a Ziploc bag with partial blunt 5.5 grams and two glass pipes for smoking marijuana with residue.
-Death investigation from Haley Acres, Vandiver.
-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Skyline Drive, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence-assault from King’s Ranch Drive, Wilsonville.
-Miscellaneous information from Timber lane at Camp Branch Road, Alabaster (other, unknown).
