The Kingwood Christian School girls’ basketball team fell to Lee-Scott Academy 52-37 in the Alabama Independent Schools Association Class 3A Elite Eight on the Huntingdon College campus Feb. 11 in Montgomery.

Blair Holsombeck led the Lions (9-15) with 13 points in their final game.

Casey Whitmer added 10 points. Whitmer also grabbed 11 rebounds to finish with a double-double in the defeat.
