The Bridal Event presented by Bride Guide: Shelby County and the Pelham Civic Complex is the event for brides-to-be in Shelby County and surrounding areas. Complete with local wedding vendors, a themed fashion show and fantastic giveaways, The Bridal Event is a must-attend event.

The Bridal Event will be held at the Pelham Civic Complex from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 20. Local wedding vendors will be available at booth spaces throughout the day to answer questions, give information and show samples of their work. Vendors include florists, venues, photographers, bakeries, caterers and more.

A themed runway fashion show will begin at 4:15 p.m. featuring bridal attire for every style of wedding. Mr. Burch Formalwear will present the most popular trends in tuxedos and Bella Couture will showcase dresses for the bride, bridesmaids, mothers and flower girls.

Registration is $5 at the door. The first 185 brides to arrive will receive a Bride Guide: Shelby County tote and vendor giveaways. Door prizes will be awarded at the end of the show and will include prizes such as a free room rental from the Pelham Civic Complex (valued at $1,200) and a free bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonniere with purchase of wedding party flowers from Pelham Flowers by Desiree.

The Bridal Event is the perfect event for local brides to find local vendors and plan their big day in one fun-filled day.
