-Civil dispute/trespass warning from the 1700 block of King James Drive. Listed was a John Deere riding lawn mower with a recovered value of $1,500.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft of property from undisclosed. Stolen were tools (power/hand) valued at $315.
-Recovered dog from Alabaster Police Department (highway, street).
-Theft of property from the 1000 block of First Street North (government, public building). Stolen was a thumb drive valued at $30.
-Harassment/trespassing from the 200 block of Chestnut Circle.
-Domestic violence investigation/domestic violence/harassment from the 1300 block of Old Boston Road.

Feb. 1
-Information from the 500 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (service, gas station).
-Damage to property from Highway 31 northbound at Interstate 65 (highway, street). Damaged was a rear bumper.
-Death investigation (natural death) from the 100 block of Wilderness Lane. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Criminal trespass/theft of property from the 600 block of Kent Dairy Road. Stolen were a pressure washer valued at $251, two sinks and six pieces of scrap metal.
-Information from the 100 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store).
-Theft of property from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (school, college). Stolen and recovered were a purse valued at $34, a cell phone valued at $100, two ladies’ wallets valued at $15 and a makeup bag and contents valued at $24.
-Damage to property from Interstate 65 South at the 238 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a 2010 Ford F-150 valued at $1,500.
-Domestic violence investigation/harassment from Forest Hills Place.
-Domestic dispute from the 2400 block of Tahiti Lane.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 8000 block of Highway 119. Stolen were three silver wrist watches valued at $600, $700 in U.S. currency, 14 karat yellow gold earrings valued at $50, a Samsung flip phone valued at $22 and a Kodak digital camera valued at $120.

Feb. 2
-Unsecured premises from 81A Weatherly Club Drive (church).
-Nuisance (animal, barking dog) from the 100 block of Hill Top Lane.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Waltham Abbey. Stolen and recovered were a purse valued at $40, a billfold valued at $115, various cards, a checkbook and an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25. Stolen were $320 in U.S. currency and a cloth bag valued at $25.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/criminal mischief from the 100 block of Selwyn Abbey. Damaged was a glass sunroof and windshield on a Toyota Camry in the amount of $800. Stolen was a Canon Powershot camera valued at $200.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/criminal mischief from the 100 block of Brent Way. Damaged was a driver’s side window in the amount of $200 and a windshield in the amount of $200 on a 2005 Nissan Titan.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Glenn Abbey Way. Stolen was a Taurus .45-caliber firearm valued at $500 and an HP Photosmart digital camera valued at $97.

-Counterfeit currency from 3592 Highway 31 South. Forged, counterfeited was a $100 bill.
-Theft of property from Anytime Fitness (other, unknown). Stolen were a medicine ball valued at $50, two elastic bands valued at $30 and three hooks valued at $100.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 400 block of Ramsgate. Stolen were a Glock 9mm firearm valued at $500 and a Tarus .38-caliber firearm valued at $350.
-Information only from the 1000 block of Railroad Street (government, public building).
-Identity theft from the 600 block of Ninth Avenue Southwest.
-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Highway 31 (other, unknown). Damaged was a sliding entry door to the emergency room in the amount of $200.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Promenade (restaurant). Stolen was $51 in U.S. currency.
-Making terrorist threats from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (school, college).
-Domestic dispute from the 2400 block of Tahiti Lane.

Feb. 3
-Barking dog from the 2000 block of Amberly Woods Trail.
-Domestic investigation/harassment from the 1000 block of Highway 31 (parking lot, garage).
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Confiscated, seized was a clear Baggie containing marijuana weighing 3.2 grams valued at $10.
-For information only from the 100 block of Berkshire Manor Circle.
-Harassing communications from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Trail.
-Reckless endangerment from County Road 17 at Eagle Drive, Maylene.
-Information only from the 100 block of Maple Street.
-Open door from Weatherly Club Drive (commercial).
-Theft of property from 1960 Fulton Springs Road (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered were a Camaro rear axle assembly valued at $300, a Ford 9-inch rear end valued at $225 and metal brackets valued at $75.

Feb. 4
-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road. Stolen were a leather wallet valued at $10, $40 in U.S. currency, a Texas driver’s license, a Social Security card, a resident alien card, a Wells Fargo debit card.
-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Keystone Mobile Home Park (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a glass pipe with burn marks on both ends and one end stuffed with a Brillo pad substance.
-Damage to property from the 200 block of Ninth Avenue Southeast (commercial). Damaged was a tree in the amount of $150.
-Unlawful possession of a forged instrument from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (government, public building). Recovered were a forged Social Security card and a photocopy of Estados Unidos Mexicanos Registro civil papers.
-Attempted suicide from Park Place Way.
-For information only from the 600 block of Kent Dairy Road (restaurant).
-Theft of services/theft of property from the 100 block of Market Center Drive (commercial). Stolen were a leather weight belt valued at $200, exercise chains valued at $50 and two exercise hooks valued at $50.
-Information from the 300 block of Wilderness Drive.
-Information only from the 500 block of Treymoor Lake Circle.
-Theft of property from 320 South Colonial Drive (department store).  Stolen were a woman’s wallet valued at $20, various cards and a Wells Fargo checkbook.
-Domestic violence investigation/domestic violence/harassment from the 1900 block of Highway 31 (other, unknown).
-Domestic incident from the 120 block of Buck Creek Drive.

Feb. 5
-Burglary/theft of property from the 10000 block of Highway 119. Stolen were electronics and games valued at $773 and a gold class ring with emerald jewel valued at $980.
-Domestic incident from the 100 block of 10th Avenue Southeast.
-Violation of leash law from the 1800 block of Apache Way.
-Information from the 1000 block of Franks Circle.
-Identity theft/fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 100 block of Jasmine Drive. Stolen was $684 in U.S. currency.
-Welfare check from the 700 block of 12th Avenue Southeast (highway, street).
-Information from the 1000 block of Franks Circle.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Berkshire Manor Circle. Stolen and recovered was a ladies’ purse. Stolen were a Regions Bank debit card and $55 in cash.
-Damage to property from the 1400 block of Heather Lane. Damaged was a 2008 Ford F-150 in the amount of $1,000.
-Runaway from the 200 block of Kentwood Drive.
-Violation of leash law from the 1000 block of Burnt Pines Drive.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 300 block of 10th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 4.5 grams of green leafy substance wrapped in a cellophane bag believed to be marijuana.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Applegate Drive (highway, street). Recovered were .5 grams of marijuana.

Feb. 6
-Information only from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a 9-foot maple tree.
-Damage to property from Holland Drive.
-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Peavine Mobile Home Park.
-Noise complaint (excessive noise) from Sterling Park Circle.
-Criminal mischief from Bluegrass Drive and Pebble Lane (highway, street). Damaged were a stop sign, sod and a shrub in the amount of $350 total.
-Domestic violence/assault from the 2000 block of Kent Dairy Road.

Calera

Jan. 31
-Property damage from Calera (highway, street). Damaged was a Kia in the amount of $2,800.
-Possession of forged instrument/counterfeiting from 11028 Alabama Highway 25 (supermarket). Forged were $20 bills.
-Property damage from 10300 block of Alabama Highway 25 (highway, street). Damaged was a tractor truck in then amount of $100 and a Nissan in the amount of $100.
-Failure to pay for gasoline from 5133 U.S. Highway 31 (service, gas station). Stolen was $10.11 worth.
-Assault/criminal mischief from the 100 block of Mayfair Lane (highway, street). Damaged was a necklace in the amount of $10.
-Domestic incident from the 400 block of Waterford Cove Trail.

Feb. 1
-Death investigation from 5100 Supercenter Drive (parking lot, garage).
-Identity theft from the 30 block of Dogwood Drive.
-Duty to stop and remain at scene from U.S. Highway 31/Interstate 65 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Mazda 31 Tourin.
-Theft (shoplifting) from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were two posters valued at $6.12 total.
-Rape from Ninth Avenue.

Feb. 2
-Incident from 467 Waterford Drive. Stolen were items valued at $2,900.
-Theft/criminal mischief from the 700 block of County Road 87 (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered were wire and an 8-foot copper ground rod valued at $557.63 total.
-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Riviera Drive.

Feb. 3
-Theft (shoplifting) from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Stolen was clothing valued at $93.96.

Feb. 4
-Domestic violence from the 2100 block of 16th Street.
-Theft (shoplifting)/public intoxication from 11000 Alabama Highway 25 (supermarket). Stolen and recovered was mouthwash.
-Disorderly conduct from 100 Calera Eagle Drive (school, college).
-Theft of services from the 400 block of Camden Cove Circle. Stolen was an Epad valued at $199.
-Dog control ordinance from Shirey Lane.
-Juvenile incident from U.S. 31 and Second Avenue (highway, street).
-Theft from 5100 Highway 31 (department store). Stolen and recovered were items valued at $34.07.

Feb. 5
-Harassing communications from the 800 block of Sixth Avenue.
-Incident from the 9000 block of Highway 25 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Chrysler.
-Property damage from the 5100 block of County Road 20 (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2006 Ford F-250 Supercab.
-Domestic incident from 10947 Alabama Highway 25 (government, public building).
-Property damage from the 100 block of Stonebriar Drive (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $7,000 was a Ford Mustang.
-Domestic incident from 169 Danbury Lane.
-Assault from 5133 U.S. Highway 31 (parking lot, garage).
-Domestic violence from 959 10th St.
-Noise ordinance – animal complaint from 118 Hermitage Lane.
-Domestic violence from the 900 block of Meriweather Drive.

Feb. 5
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Water Works Street (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a small off white substance believed to be crack cocaine.

Feb. 8
-Theft of property from the 1400 block of Chelsea Road. Stolen was a 1984 GMC pickup valued at more than $1,000.
-Unlawful break and enter vehicle/theft of property from the 300 block of Old 25 East. Stolen was a ThinkPad valued at $1,000, a Verizon broadband aircard valued at $150, a canvas computer case valued at $30 and a Ryobi reciprocating saw valued at $200.
-Theft of property from the 200 block of Collins Street. Stolen was a 1968 Chevrolet pickup truck valued at more than $2,000.

Jan. 25
-Reckless endangerment/harassment from Highway 76 and Tanyard Road.

Jan. 26
-Trespassing/animal abuse from Tanyard Road. Damaged was a goat (shot).

Jan. 28
-Theft of property from the 2300 block of Sun Valley Road. Stolen were welding cables and wiring.
-Child Abuse from U.S. 280 and Old 280.

Jan. 31
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the Shelby County Jail.

Feb. 1
-Found property from the 100 block of St. Charles Drive (highway, street). Recovered were a silver men’s wedding band valued at $100 and a silver hoop earring with stones valued at $50.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1000 block of Ashley Brook Lane. Recovered were a Walther P22 .22-caliber pistol valued at $300 with handgun magazine.

Feb. 2
-Failure to appear (warrant arrest) from 816 Highway 52 East (jail, prison).
-Domestic violence from the 1000 block of Lawley Street.
-Giving false name to law enforcement from Walgreens parking lot.

-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen was an Apple iPod valued at $350. Recovered was a video surveillance DVD valued at $5.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 2200 block of Richmond Circle. Stolen were an RCA portable DVD player valued at $100 and an iPod valued at $200.
-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Interstate 65 North at north city limits (highway, street).
-Fleeing – attempt to elude/resisting arrest from Cahaba Valley Road at Interstate 65 (highway, street).

Feb. 2
-Criminal mischief from 75 Highway 35 (service, gas station). Damaged was a drive-thru window in the amount of $200.
-Domestic violence  – harassment from the 900 block of Frontier Drive.
-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 2500 block of Pelham Parkway (other, unknown).
-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime from the 9000 block of Helena Road (drug store). Confiscated, seized was prescription information for Vicoprofen.
-Theft of property from the 2600 block of Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen were items valued at $366.
-Recovered stolen property form the 3100 block of Pelham parkway (commercial). Recovered were as a John Deere riding mower-stolen value of  $2,956, recovered value of $2,000.
-Property damage – vehicle from Walgreens, 9458 Helena Road (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2005 Ford Freestar van in the amount of $300.

Feb. 3
-Death investigation (hospice) from the 1300 block of Highway 35. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Leaving the scene of an accident – occupied from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a 2010 Ford F-150 in the amount of $500.
-Switched tag from the 2700 block of Pelham Parkway (storage facility). Confiscated, seized was an Alabama license plate.

Feb. 4
-Sex offender registration – workplace from Pardue Road (government, public building).
-Harassing communications from Interstate 65 at Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street).
-Harassing communication from the 100 block of Deer Crest Circle.
-Theft of property from 7898 Helena road (commercial). Stolen ere three Bobcat Pallet forks valued at $900.
-Theft of property from Fastenal, 2132 Pelham Parkway, Suite F (specialty store). Stolen was a Fore Grip for a Dewalt hammer drill valued at $50.
-Theft of property from a Green Park South mailbox (other, unknown). Stolen was a box containing 150 checks on Compass Bank valued at $30.

Feb. 5
-Outside agency assist from Interstate 65 at 52 East (highway, street).
-Theft of property from Publix, 1944 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were items valued at $192
-Leaving the scene of an accident – occupied from the 100 block of Oliver Street (highway, street). Damaged was a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu in the amount of $800.

Feb. 6
-Theft of property from 1944 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were items valued at  $63
-Theft of property (by deception)/failure to appear -driving with expired license from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen was $61 in U.S. currency.
