The Indian Springs School baseball team defeated Isabella 9-5 in high school baseball action Feb. 24.

Stephen Himic led Indian Springs (1-1) at the plate as he finished 3-for-4 with two doubles and five RBIs.

Himic also picked up the win on the mound after giving up five runs, including three earned runs, on seven hits, with 15 strikeouts and four walks in a complete game.

Jock Thacker finished 2-for-4 at the plate and drove in two runs.
