The Thompson High School girls’ soccer team edged Homewood 2-1 in high school soccer action Feb. 25.

Alyssa Mayer and Allie Watts scored a goal each for the Warriors (7-0) in the second half.

Mayer scored on a corner kick and Watts’ goal was assisted by Tatum Harless.

Thompson goalkeeper Kelsey Ferguson finished with two saves.
