The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments from Feb. 5-23:

Feb. 15
-Criminal mischief/theft of property from the 600 block of 10th Avenue. Stolen was an air conditioning unit valued at $501. Damaged were electrical wires and connections in the amount of $150.
-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were items valued at $195.61.
-Domestic incident from 7800 Highway 17, Maylene.
-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. Highway 31 at 10th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was an aluminum pipe believed to b e used to ingest crack cocaine.

Feb. 16
-Unlawful possession of prescription medication from Highway 31.
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Damaged was a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer in the amount of $500-Unsecured door from 200 Chestnut Circle.
-Forgery/forged instrument from the 1200 block of First Street South (bank). Forged, counterfeited was a check valued at $1,975.
-Theft of property from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Trail. Stolen was a Wells Fargo Visa card valued at $5, an AL Advantage Unemployment Card valued at $5, $211 in cash, a wallet valued at $20 and $40 in cash from a piggy bank.
-Identity theft from the 200 block of Park Place Way. Stolen was $580 from a Regions Bank account.
-Recovered drug paraphernalia from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Trail. Recovered were a small metal mouthpiece and a 20-ounce bottle of Mountain Drew with metal cap.
-Theft of property from 200 Red Bay Drive. Stolen and recovered was an iron post mailbox valued at $150.
-Information only from 413 Popular Ridge Drive.
-Welfare check from the 200 block of Heather Stage Road.
-Unsecured door from 1226 Caribbean Circle.
-Theft of property/possible LSA misdemeanor from the 100 bloc of Market Center Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged in the amount of $1,000 was a 1999 BMW.
-Damage to property (vehicle) from the intersection of County Road 95 and County Road 66 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Ford Mustang in the amount of $250.
-Possession of prescription medication from Highway 31 (parking lot, garage). Listed was a 2-milligram Clonazepam.

Feb. 17
-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Edmondson Farms Road.
-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Smokey Road.
-Welfare check from the 100 block of Tall Timber Drive.
-Harassment from Pet Smart (specialty store).
-Domestic violence/harassment from the 500 block of Regent Drive.
-Information from the 100 block of Cohill Drive.
-Theft of property/forgery from the 1900 block of Amberly Woods Trail, Helena. Stolen were Regions checks valued at $140, $140 and $120.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from What-A-Burger (parking lot, garage). Confiscated, seized were .6 grams of white powdery substance believed to be cocaine.

Feb. 18
-Unlawful possession of prescription medication from Highway 119 (highway, street). Recovered was a Xanax 2-milligram.
-Dog barking from the 1600 block of Caribbean Circle.
-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Mountain Lake Trail.
-Information from the 1000 block of First Street North (specialty store).
-Damage to property from Interstate 65 southbound at about mile marker 238.5 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2002 Buick Rendezvous in the amount of $1,000.
-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Sweetbay Drive, Maylene (other, unknown).
-Possible suicide attempt from Betty Snow Circle.
-Damage to property from the 8400 block of Highway 119 (commercial). Damaged in the amount of $500 was a windshield.
-Information from the 1200 block of Windsor Court.
-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast.
-Information only from the 100 block of Sterling Park Drive.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle/assault from the 300 block of Park Road. Stolen was a Dewalt pancake compressor valued at $375.  Damaged was 2005 Chevrolet Express in the amount of $100.
-Harassment/criminal mischief from the 400 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant). Damaged was a 2003 Ford Truck in the amount of $500.
-Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from Alabaster.
-Found property from Food World parking lot (supermarket).

Feb. 19
-Fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement officer/illegal possession of prescription medication from Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were five blue oval shaped pills identified as Viagra.
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Lake Forest Way. Damaged was a passenger rear window in the amount of $300.
-Domestic violence – harassment from the 900 block of Third Avenue Northwest.
-Information only from Wal-mart (commercial).
-Assault from the 100 block of Acorn Circle (other, unknown).
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were a Honda 3600 psi pressure washer valued at $1,000 and two pull type tie downs valued at $10.
-Theft of property (shoplifting) from 218 Second Street Southwest (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered were glass items valued at $10.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 11 at Cohill Drive (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 4.5 grams of green leafy substance believed to be marijuana wrapped in cellophane.
-Criminal trespassing from Fran Lane.
-Domestic violence/harassment from the 100 block of Mountain Parkway.

Feb. 20
-Information (forced entry) from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle. Damaged were a door and doorframe in the amount of $200.
-Theft of property from private property on Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen and recovered were a spare tire from the rear mount of a Honda CRV valued at $200.
-Theft of property from the 9000 block of Highway 17, Maylene. Stolen was a skateboard valued at $70.
-Harassment from the 100 block of 11th Avenue Southeast.

Feb. 21

-Criminal mischief from the 3900 block of Smokey Road. Damaged was copper wire in the amount of $100.
-Burglary/theft from 131 Carrington Lane. Stolen were a Kenmore electric oven and a Kenmore dishwasher valued at $600 total.
-Burglary/theft from 504 Union Station Place. Stolen was a GE smooth top range and stove unit valued at $1,000.
-Theft (motor vehicle)/breaking and entering of a vehicle from 5100 Supercenter Drive (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 1999 Ford Taurus.

Feb. 15
-Domestic violence from 125 Pecan Lane.
-Domestic incident from Savannah Lane (other, unknown).
-Credit cards and debit cards, illegal possession from 294 Supercenter Drive (specialty store). Stolen were currency from a Regions Bank account and Alabama Telco Credit Union in the amounts of $149.01 and $1.09.

Feb. 16
-Theft (shoplifting) from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Stolen was clothing valued at $35.10.
-Burglary/theft from the 300 block of Camden Cove Circle. Stolen were $220 in rolled coins.

Feb. 17
-Criminal mischief from 9758 Alabama Highway 25 (other, unknown). Damaged were baseball fields in the amount of $300.
-Harassment from 5100 U.S. Highway 31.

-Theft of property/trespassing from West College Street (supermarket). Stolen were three plastic bowls of Benefuls valued at $9 and two packages of Q-tips valued at $4.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 300 block of Old Highway 25 East (commercial). Stolen was a 3-ton air conditioning unit valued at more than $1,000, copper pipes off a water heater valued at about $50, cords cut valued at about $50, two to three chain saws valued at about $75 and two to three weed eaters valued at about $150.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of 47 South. Stolen was a 20-inch Next/Stunt bicycle valued at $100.
