The Pelham High School softball team fell to Mortimer Jordan 5-3 in high school softball action March 10.

Heather McGuirk led the Panthers (6-4) at the plate as she finished 2-for-3 with an RBI and a run scored.

Erin Whitman went 1-for-3 with a run scored. Jessie Breland finished 1-for-3 with a run scored. Lindsey Pyle went 1-for-1 and drove in a run.

Becky Fox took the loss in the circle after allowing three earned runs on six hits with two strikeouts and a walk in 4 1/3 innings.
