The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from March 2-10:

March 2

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 4600 block of Heatherbrook Parkway, Birmingham. Stolen was a blue Gateway laptop computer valued at $650.

-Miscellaneous information from Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

March 3

-Civil dispute from the 700 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 28000 block of Portobello Road, Birmingham.

-Suicidal person from the 3000 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birminghan.

-Theft of property Highway 55, Sterrett. Stolen was a black billfold containing victim’s driver’s license and medical card.

-Miscellaneous information from the 700 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett.

-Domestic investigation/harassment from the 3900 block of Highway 47, Shelby.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Chelsea Road, Chelsea.

-Burglary from Highway 25, Vandiver. Damaged was the window to a garage door. Stolen was a white 2009 Suzuki.

-Identity theft from Highway 55, Sterrett.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 6000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 2000 block of Highway 30, Columbiana.

-Identity theft from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Theft of property from the 0 block of August Road, Columbiana. Stolen was a driver’s license and a social security back pay check for $13,000.

-Theft of property from the 0 block of August Road, Columbiana. Stolen were two retirement checks for $132.12 each and two retirement checks for $531 each.

-Miscellaneous information from the 0 block of Bay Lane, Shelby.

March 4

-Domestic violence (harassment) from Matador Drive, Chelsea.

-Burglary from the 400 block of McGown Road, Wilsonville. Damaged was an exterior doorframe and seal.

-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Highway 7, Wilsonville.

-Death investigation from the 6300 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville.

-Civil complaint from the 3600 block of Tall Timber Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 0 block of Valleydale Court, Birmingham.

-Assault (3rd) from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Leaving the scene of a motor vehicle collision. Side damage of unknown value was done to a 2007 Carolla.

-Civil dispute from Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett.

-Adultery from Matador Drive, Chelsea. Incident was reported as occurring from Sept. 11, 2010 through March 4.

-Assault from Adams Road, Leeds.

-Property damage from Highway 280, Chelsea. Damaged was a door to a propane tank box.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Griffin Road, Chelsea. Stolen was a .22 caliber Colt Woodsman sport model 4.5-inch barrel valued at $800.

-Burglary from the 4200 block of Mountain Top Road, Birmingham. Stolen was copper “ground bars” and miscellaneous copper ground wires valued at $500.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Fleming Road, Vincent.

March 5

-Menacing from the 2300 block of Ridge Trail, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 56000 block of Highway 25, Leeds.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Oakmont Road, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 155 near County Road 201, Montevallo. Recovered was .04 grams of a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine.

-Miscellaneous information from Highway 468, Vincent. Recovered was a check for $2,785 and a UPS envelope.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Hawthorne Street, Birmingham. Damaged was the front passenger’s side quarter panel of a 2011 Toyota Camry.

-Theft of property from the 1200 block of County Road 39, Chelsea. Stolen was a green waste management trash container.

-Miscellaneous information from the 8000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea.

-Public intoxication from the 5500 block of Highway 280, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Old Brook Ct., Birmingham.

March 6

-Domestic violence/harassment from the 100 block of Poplar Cove, Calera.

-Missing person from the 1000 block of Fairbanks Lane, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 0 block of Flat Rock Drive, Shelby.

-Criminal trespass from the 0 block of Roberson Road, Wilsonville.

-Harassing communications from Morris Estates, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 3900 block of Highway 47, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 5000 block of Skylark Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 9200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Lost property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea. Lost were a driver’s license, insurance card, auto ID cards, gift cards and several debit/credit cards.

-Property damage from the 5100 block of Highway 25, Vandiver. Damaged was the front passanger side bumper/spoiler to a 2003 Chevy Cavilier.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Emily Circle, Birmingham.

-Fire investigation from the 100 block of Rich Drive, Chelsea. Damaged was a doublewide mobile home valued at $60,000 and personal property inside the home valued at $20,000.

March 7

-Property damage from the 400 block of Highway 315, Columbiana. Damage valued at $80 was done to six rabbits.

-Property damage from County Road 41 near Smyer Lake Drive. Damaged was a red 2010 Mazda 3I.

-Miscellaneous information from Bear Creek Road, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1700 block of Wingfield Circle, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 3600 block of Southern Boulevard, Birmingham.

-Unclassified complaint from unknown location.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of White Road, Montevallo. Stolen was a Targa .25 caliber pistol valued at $200.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Wade Drive, Montevallo. Stolen was a state of Alabama license plate.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Highway 270, Maylene. Stolen were two washers (valued at $200 each) and two dryers ($200 each).

-Domestic violence/assault from the 300 block of Depot Street, Montevallo.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Chelsea. Stolen were seven golf clubs valued at $1,750.

-Miscellaneous information from County Road 57, Vincent.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 10 and Highway 221, Montevallo. Recovered was a 15mg dextroamphetamine pill, 1.1 grams of marijuana and marijuana cigarettes and a glass pipe with burnt marijuana inside.

-Theft of property from the 11000 block of Highway 280 Suite B (Xpress Oil Partners), Westover. Stolen were outdoor cast iron chairs and a table.

-Burglary from Osceda Circle, Birmingham. Stolen was a sterling silver flute (valued at $5,000), a laptop ($800), a laptop with a black case ($600), a 14K white gold ring with three small diamonds (unknown value), a pearl necklace ($1,500), a digital camera ($200) and a yellow gold ring with a diamond ($400).

-Burglary from the 800 block of Heatherwood Trail, Birmingham.

March 8

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Highland Lakes Drive at The Guardshack, Birmingham. Damaged was a 15-foot metal lamp post valued at $2,500.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5200 block of Old Mill Circle, Pelham.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 3900 block of Chesapeake N., Birmingham.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from U.S. Highway 280 and Corporate Parkway, Birminham.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Rockhill Drive, Shelby.

-Harassment from the 8900 block of Highway 42, Shelby.

-Resisting arrest from the 100 block of Horton Street, Columbiana.

-Animal bite from the 0 block of Little Creek Circle, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from Highway 280 W. At County Road 55, Westover.

-Civil dispute from the 700 block of Stone Crest Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence III/harassment from Murphy Lane, Columbiana.

-Property damage from the 31000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville. Damaged was a 1987 Dodge van.

-Use of force from the 100 block of Horton Street, Columbiana.

-Damage to county vehicle (property) from the 6200 block of Highway 119 S. Damage of unknown value was done to the front of a marked Shelby County Sheriff’s Office patrol unit.

-Runaway juvenile from the 1000 block of Crawford Ct., Chelsea.

-Person trespassed from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea.

-Missing person from Old Highway 31, Alabaster.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 5000 block of Highway 39. Recovered was approximately one gram of marijuana valued at $10 and an aluminum marijuana smoking pipe valued at $5.

-Community Notification Act from the 5100 block of South Shades Crest Road, Bessemer.

-Theft of property and burglary from August Road, Columbiana. Stolen was a 2000 Polaris Trail Boss 325 valued at $1,500, an air compressor valued at $300 and miscellaneous tools valued at $500.

-Burglary from the 0 block of Barnett Street, Montevallo. Stolen were various items valued at $770.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 5000 block of Highway 39, Chelsea.

-Forgery from August Road, Columbiana.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

March 9

-Harassing communications from the 2400 block of Brook Run.

-Fire investigation from the 5100 block of Highway 61, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 4000 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence/assalut from the 1600 block of Indian Springs Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence/menacing from Shady Branch Lane, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence/assault from the 9000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence/assault from the 1600 block of Indian Springs Lane, Birmingham.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from Highway 17, Maylene.

-Domestic investigation from the 1800 block of Highway 30, Columbiana.

-Theft of lost property from the 5500 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. Stolen (and recovered the same day) was a camo wallet valued at $20 and assorted U.S. currency totalling $315 (of which $176 was recovered).

-Harassment from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Lakeview Drive, Vandiver.

-Domestic violence (assault) from Eagle Ridge Apartments, Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Cross Road Drive, Sterrett. Damaged was a sliding glass door valued at $500. Stolen was assorted U.S. currency valued at $100 and assorted other items of unknown value.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Emerald Parc Drive. Stolen was $300 in U.S. currency, two watches with a total value of $250 and assorted jeans and shorts valued at $600.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 700 block of Tara Drive. Stolen were assorted electronic devices valued at $15,700.

-Theft of property from the 3300 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Indian Springs. Damaged was an AC/heating unit valued at $4,000 (copper from unit was stolen).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Stephens Drive, Wilton. Stolen was a Honda generator valued at $960.

March 10

-Resisting arrest from the 500 block of Chapel Lane, Wilsonville.

-Possession of marijuana from the 1000 block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham. Recovered was a green plant substance (marijuana) in ziploc bag and a metal cigarette-shaped pipe with burnt marijuana inside.
