Jimmy Ray Fletcher, age 56, of Montevallo passed away Sunday, March 20, 2011. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Elizabeth Fletcher and brother, Terry. Jimmy was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend, as well as a motorcycle enthusiast. On weekends, he could often be found participating in charity motorcycle rides, and was always willing to give to those in need. He was always there with words of encouragement, praise, a joke or a smile for everyone he met, and it could be said that he never met a stranger. He was a valued employee of Cahaba Timber in Bibb County and a previous employee of Seaman Timber Company in Montevallo. Jimmy was also a member of the Pea Ridge Volunteer Fire Department.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 23, 2011, from 6-8 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home in Montevallo.
