The Thompson High School girls’ soccer team battled to a scoreless 0-0 tie with Mountain Brook in the Metro tournament March 23.

Thompson goalkeepers Sarah Allen and Kelsey Ferguson combined for nine saves in the shutout for the Warriors, who ran their record to 12-2-1.

Allen finished with four saves in the first half. Ferguson recorded five saves in the second half.
