Thompson falls to Gardendale in Metro tournament

The Thompson High School boys’ soccer team fell to Gardendale 2-1 in the Metro tournament March 23.

Dylan Barrett scored the lone goal for the Warriors in the opening half off an assist from Jarred McKinney.

Thompson goalkeeper Eric Hubbard finished with one save.
