Doris Tinney Bolton, age 88, a resident of Columbiana, died on Friday, March 25, 2011. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Monday, March 28, 2011, at Bolton Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Pinelawn Gardens. Bolton Funeral Home of Columbiana is directing. Visitation will be Sunday, March 27, 2011, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Columbiana.

Mrs. Bolton is preceded in death by her husband, Robert N. “Bob” Bolton, Sr. She is survived by her son, Robert N. “Rob” Bolton, Jr.; grandchildren, Holly Tinney Bolton, Margaret Gail “Meg” Smith (Levi) and Robert N. “Robert” Bolton, III (Amber); great-grandchildren, Jack and Lexie Smith; sister, Aubrey John Payton; nephews, Howard Payton, Jr. (Billie), Ben Payton (Cindy); and numerous other family members and friends.
