Oak Mountain falls to Vestavia Hills in Metro title match

HOOVER — The Oak Mountain High School boys’ soccer team fell to Vestavia Hills 3-1 in the Metro soccer tournament title match March 26.
Brandt Mace provided the lone goal for the Eagles with his rocket shot in the 47th minute of the contest, which temporarily tied the title match at 1-1.
Vestavia Hills scored two goals in the final 32 minutes of the contest to clinch the victory.
