-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and pistol without a permit from Chevron on Highway 31 at 11th Avenue Southeast (convenience store). Recovered was a rock substance believed to be crack cocaine, a Luger 9mm and a magazine for the handgun.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 11th Avenue Southeast at Highway 31 (convenience store). Recovered were 15 pills identified as Oxycodone.

Recovered was one used glass methamphetamine pipe, one used glass methamphetamine stem, one used blue and white plastic straw, one used red and white plastic straw and a pill bottle containing 24 tablets of pseudoephedrine, 20 tablets of 120 mg psuedoephedrine and 10 tablets of gabapentin.
