The Briarwood Christian School girls’ soccer team defeated Pleasant Grove 10-0 in a Class 5A, Section 5 match April 5.

Marie Tucker led the Lions (8-6-2 overall, 5-0 in Class 5A, Section 5) with three goals and one assist in the victory.

Ally Jennings and Sarah Drew Mulvaney added two goals and one assist each. Savannah Penny finished with one goal and two assists.

Kate Adcock and Cat Cowen scored one goal each. Leanne Holliman, Madison Pearson and Caroline Ward recorded one assist each.

Briarwood Christian goalkeeper Anna Handlin recorded the shutout.
