Spain Park falls to Vestavia Hills in tennis match

The Spain Park High School boys’ tennis team fell to Vestavia Hills 9-0 in a high school tennis match April 6.
The Jaguars were swept in each singles’ and doubles’ match.
Jack Nicholas and Will Hartsock of Spain Park provided the most single game wins in singles’ matches.
Nicholas fell to Jeffrey Holcombe of Vestavia Hills 10-5 in the No. 1 singles’ match. Hartsock fell to Peter Inge of Vestavia Hills 10-5 in the No. 5 singles’ match.
The doubles’ team of Hartsock and Baylor Cocke of Spain Park provided the most single game wins in a doubles’ match in their 10-4 loss to Jack Patton and John Morson of Vestavia Hills in the No. 3 doubles’ match.
