Calera softball falls to Maplesville

The Calera High School softball team fell to Maplesville 4-3 in high school softball action April 7.
Jocelyn Davis led the Eagles at the plate as she finished 2-for-3 and drove in a run.
Kymber McGiboney went 2-for-4 at the plate with a double and scored two runs. Shelby Clark finished 1-for-3 and scored a run. Katie Eiland and Samantha Smith each went 1-for-3 at the plate. Skyler Laird finished 1-for-4 at the plate.
Somer Roberson took the loss in the circle after giving up one earned run on seven hits with a strikeout and two walks in a complete game.
