The Coosa Valley Academy baseball team swept a doubleheader with Meadowview Christian School in high school baseball action April 9.

The Rebels (30-4) won the opener 13-1.

Hunter Winslett, Joey Treadwell and John Bullen combined for a no-hitter, with Winslett earning the win on the mound.

Jarrod Mims led the Rebels at the plate as he finished with a triple and a double. Mims drove in two runs.

Bullen finished with a hit and drove in two runs.

Coosa Valley defeated Meadowview Christian 15-0 in the nightcap.

Winslett led the Rebels at the plate as he finished with two hits and drove in three runs.

Ryan Batson finished with two hits and drove in a run. Myles Varner finished with two hits and drove in two runs. Bullen added two hits and drove in a run. Mims finished with one hit and drove in two runs. Hunter Roe finished with a hit and drove in a run.
