-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 3200 block of Tam OíShanter Lane, Birmingham. Confiscated was 9.5 grams of marijuana.

Stolen was a .38 caliber Smith & Wesson nickel-plated six-inch barrel revolver valued at $350, a .40 caliber Glock pistol valued at $500, a set of Winchester Limited Edition 2008 pocket knives valued at $80 and a black velvet 12-by-5 inch jewelry box containing unknown jewelry.

Stolen was a white 18-foot Halmark utility trailer valued at $5,000, a red Exmark Lazer 60-inch mower valued at $9,500, a red Exmark 48-inch mower valued at $5,500, a Sulkie Exmark standing attachment for mower valued at $300, a Billy Goat blower valued at $1,200 and a 26-inch Lazerz mower valued at $7,500.

-Burglary from the 5200 block of Meadowbrook Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a white XBOX 360 valued at $300, two white wireless XBOX controllers valued at $100, two XBOX games valued at $140, a black 42-inch Hitachi flat screen TV valued at $275 and two black Dell laptop computers valued at $2,000.
