The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from May 24-June 2:

May 24

-Burglary from the 6900 block of Highway 71, Shelby. Stolen was a laptop.

-Theft of property from the 1300 block of Paradise Cove Lane, Wilsonville. Stolen were four steel columns valued at $400, 15 aluminum storm doors valued at $1,800, an unknown amount of steel tubing and an unknown amount of metal car lift materials.

-Torture, willful abuse, etc., of a child under 18 years old by responsible person from the 3600 block of Highway 32, Wilsonville.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Old Highway 280 at Prospect Baptist Church. Recovered was one Loratab pill and two Xanex pills.

May 25

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Pine Oak Drive, Chelsea.

-Missing person from the 100 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of Highway 200, Montevallo.

-Possession of marijuana from County Road 75 at County Road 201, Calera. Recovered was 6 grams of a leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Seal Road, Calera.

-Miscellaneous information from 2391 Highway 39 at Chelsea Middle School, Chelsea.

-Civil dispute from Chelsea Middle School, Chelsea.

-Burglary from the 2300 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster. Damage of $300 was done to a metal door and lock set.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Highway 87, Calera. Stolen was a 1991 Chevy pickup truck valued at $1,000.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 3400 block of Highway 28, Columbiana. $27.27 was stolen from a debit card.

-Forgery and theft of property from the 1000 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Chelsea Corner Way.

-Criminal mischief from the 700 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

May 26

-Burglary from the 1200 block of Highway 26, Alabaster. Stolen was a Kodak 35mm digital camera valued at $300, a pair of Timberland boots of unknown value and an unknown amount of liquor. Damaged was a small window pane on back door, large window on front and door jam.

-Theft of property from the 2400 block of Forest Lake Lane, Sterrett. Stolen were earrings in 14k yellow gold valued at $2,353 and a diamond ring with platinum band valued at $5,000.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Elyton Lane. Stolen was a Smith and Wesson valued at $400, an 18-volt NiCad two-pack valued at $119 and a drill, saw and impact driver combo set valued at $449.

-Property damage from Highway 25 at Highway 61. Damage valued at $130 was done to a tire on a 2011 Hyundai Genesis.

-Theft of property from the 4000 block of County Road 71, Shelby. Stolen were 30 7.5 mg Lortab tablets and 60 1mg Xanax tablets.

-Domestic investigation from the 2900 block of Kirkcaldy Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 4200 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Twin Oaks Way, Chelsea. Stolen was $50 in U.S. currency.

-Harassment from the 0 block of Sam’s Place, Shelby.

-Suicide attempt from the 700 block of County Road 40, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea.

-Missing person from the 600 block of Highway 8, Montevallo.

-Property recovered from the 2500 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett.

May 27

-Criminal trespass from the 4000 block of County Road 30, Wilsonville.

-Trespassing from the 200 block of Woodward Drive, Indian Springs.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Hayes Circle, Montevallo. Stolen was $150 in U.S. currency, a T-mobile cell phone valued at $200 and admittance papers for school.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from various locations.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5000 block of Colonial Park Road, Birmingham. Stolen items included Rayborn polar sunglasses valued at $250, an IPOD touch valued at $250, $80 in U.S. currency, a Kenwood stereo valued at $250 and an IPOD auxiliary cable valued at $20.

-Burglary from the 3300 block of Shetland Trace, Birmingham. Stolen was a soldering gun, toolbox with miscellaneous tools, two road bikes, coin collection, rod and reels and wooden kids’ chairs, all of unlisted value.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Seale Road, Calera. Stolen was a 2008 VICY 16-foot enclosed trailer valued at $4,500 and an unknown amount of assorted split rail fencing.

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Chesser Drive, Chelsea.

-Criminal trespass and criminal mischief from the 2200 block of Highway 31. Damaged was the entrance door to a hot water heater on a Cherokee trailer.

-Juvenile runaway from the 100 block of Meadow View Road, Maylene.

-Criminal mischief from U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from AL Youth Drive, Westover.

-Domestic investigation from the 0 block of Nolen Street, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from 5650 Cahaba Valley Road (Oak Mountain Middle School). Damage was a Samsung cell phone valued at $220.

-Property damage from the 4000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. Stolen items included an I-POD 4 touch, “Skull Candy” brand headphones and a cell phone.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Strothers Street, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from Solomon Drive, Wilsonville. Checks were stolen.

May 28

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 6800 block of Chelsea Road, Columbiana.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Woodbridge Drive, Chelsea. Stolen was copper tubing and an A/C unit.

-Domestic investigation from Windstone Lane, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 100 block of Hunters Lane, Vandiver.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 W., Birmingham.

-Burglary from Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were seven Nexium 20mg pills, 30 Adderall pills, 15 Clonazepan 1mg pills and an unknown number of Dilaudid pills.

-Domestic investigation from Chelsea Park Road, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5800 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett.

-Property damage from Chelsea Road near Crenshaw Road, Chelsea. Damaged was a 1995 Buick Park Avenue.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Meadowgreen Drive, Montevallo.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 4500 block of Dead Hollow Road. Stolen was an outdoor portable light valued at $100, a 100-foot extension cord of unknown value and a chainsaw of unknown value.

May 29

-Violation of protection order from the 100 block of Beach Circle, Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 4100 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Randolph Road, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 0 block of Maplecrest Drive, Westover.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Adams Drive, Dunnvant. Damaged was a 2003 Chevy PT Cruiser.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 2500 block of Comanche Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 17000 block of Highway 25, Columbiana. Damaged were windows valued at $900.

-DUI from Highway 31 at Fallen Lake Drive, Alabaster.

-Harassing communications from Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Violation of a protection of abuse order from the 5600 block of Highway 51, Wilsonville.

-Harassment from the 4600 block of Eagle Wood Lane, Birmingham.

May 30

-Leaving scene of accident from the 10000 block of County Road 280, Chelsea. Damage valued at $2,000 was done to a 2006 Honda Civic.

-Miscellaneous information (suicide attempt) from the 100 block of Sweet Gum Drive, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Oak Meadows Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Highway 101, Sterrett.

-Property damage from Highway 43 at Hunters Lane, Vandiver. Damaged was the driver’s side door of a 2011 Ford F-350.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 5000 block of Wagon Trace, Birmingham.

-Kidnapping and menacing from the 200 block of Highway 270, Maylene.

-Burglary and theft of property from Vasser Circle, Montevallo. Stolen were 118 10mg Percocet pills, 90 5mg Valium pills, a silver coin collection, a 50-inch Sony flat screen and 30-inch RCA flat screen valued at $1,300, a Dell laptop and HP laptop valued at $450 and a Kodak digital camera valued at $150.

-Unlawful breaking and entering from the 100 block of Manor Loop, Calera. Damaged were six truck batteries valued at $90 each.

-Theft of property and criminal mischief from the 2900 block of Riverwood, Birmingham. Stolen was a gazebo valued at $1,000, a bird bath valued at $50 and multiple wall and ceiling valued at $200.

-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief and criminal trespass from the 7000 block of Whitetail Cove, Birmingham. Damage valued at $500 was done by scratches on the paint job of a 2001 Cadillac El Darado.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Ventana Drive, Columbiana. Damage valued at $100 was done to three rear-door windows.

-Harassment from the 0 block of Shack Avenue, Montevallo.

-Assault from the 0 block of Shack Avenue, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from Highway 37, Columbiana. Stolen was $15 of regular unleaded gasoline.

-Child welfare check from the 1000 block of Hiawatha Road, Calera.

-Forgery from the 2400 block of Highway 25, South Wilton.

May 31

-Driving under the influence (any substance) and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1500 block of Highway 70, Columbiana. Recovered were seven insulin syringes (one containing clear liquid), two metal teaspoons, a small black canvass bag and an aluminum soda can bottom with black residue.

-Identity theft from the 6100 block of Eagle Point Circle, Birmingham. Stolen from a checkcard was $174.62.

-Offense against intellectual property from the 100 block of Cripple Creek Lane, Sterrett.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the area of County Road 10 and County Road 17.

-Reckless endangerment from Cahaba Valley Road between Briarwood School and Oak Mountain Presbyterian Church.

-Harassment from the 10000 block of N. Main Street, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Alta Vista Drive, Chelsea.

-Burglary from the 5000 block of Highway 49, Columbiana. Damaged was the lock mechanism of a front door. Stolen was a jar with various coins and a USB broadband WIFI connection dongle.

-Burglary from the 4200 block of Highway 49, Columbiana. Stolen was a pressure washer valued at $900, a camoflage diamond undertaker compound bow valued at $600, an HP laptop valued at $300 and a white piggy bank containing an unknown amount of money.

-Burglary from the 25000 block of Highway 25, Columbiana.

-Burglary from the 27000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville. Damaged was a door frame valued at $225. Stolen was a piggy bank with change valued at $20.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana. Stolen were four tires valued at $100 each and four factory rims valued at $100 each.

-Theft of property and burglary from U.S. 280, Sterrett. Stolen was a copper ground bar and ground leads valued at $6,000.

-Recovered property from Highway 119, Birmingham. Recovered was $186.35 in U.S. currency and coin and checks from various people.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Highway 8, Wilton.

June 1

-Harassing communications from the 2000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 0 block of Highway 435, Columbiana. Stolen was a bottle of prescription pain pills, a gold ring valued at $500, a coin valued at $50, a gold watch valued at $750 and assorted change.

-Domestic violence and criminal mischief from the 100 block of Hughes Road, Columbiana. Damage valued at $350 was done to a glass exterior window.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 4000 block of Highway 25, Montevallo.

-Possession of marijuana from Jaguar Drive, Birmingham. Recovered was 5 grams of a leafy green substance and seeds and three glass smoking pipes.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 100 block of County Road 81, Vincent.

-Juvenile runaway from the 4900 block of Old Hickory Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Highway 45, Sterrett.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Highland Park Drive, Birmingham. Damage valued at $400 was done to a metal mailbox.

-Theft of property from the 50000 block of Highway 25, Sterrett. Stolen were two rugs and two pieces of lawn furniture.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from Highway 30, Columbiana. Stolen was a 1995 Chevrolet Lumina valued at $2,000.

June 2

-Harassing communication from the 3000 block of Highway 45, Vandiver.

-Rape from the 100 block of Highland Park Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (harassment) and unauthorized use of vehicle from the 4000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Creek Hollow Trail, Wilsonville. Stolen were 40 to 50 10mg Hydrocodone pills of unlisted value.

-Harassing communications from the 4500 block of Highway 49, Columbiana.

-Property damage from the 0 block of Griffin Drive, Chelsea. Damage valued at $20,000 was done to a marroni powered operating dispenser, gasoline.
