The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from June 5-9:

June 5

-Unlawful use of Great Seal of State from Highway 31, Pelham. Recovered was a TCAI Special Investigator badge with Alabama Great Seal valued at $40.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 700 block of County Highway 36, Chelsea. Damage valued at $150 was done to a door frame for rear entry and damage valued at $2,500 was done toe a 4-ton exterior heat pump unit.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from Jersey Mike’s Subs located at 4673 U.S. 280. Stolen was a woman’s purse and contents with a total value of $500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from 6185 Highway 10 (Pea Ridge Fire Department), Montevallo. Stolen was fishing equipment valued at $50.

-Miscellaneous information from the 0 block of Mimosa Drive, Helena.

-Violation of court order from Bonnie Blue Lane, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 0 block of Bonnie Blue Lane, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 0 block of Solomon Drive, Birmingham.

-Suicide attempt from the 2400 block of Highway 57, Vincent.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of 1st Avenue, Shelby.

-Assault from the 100 block of Asberry Road, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 0 block of Rainey Aly, Wilton.

-Domestic violence (harassment) and violation of protection from abuse order from Wade Drive, Wilton.

-Domestic investigation from the 26000 block of Highway 145, Wilsonville.

June 6

-Miscellaneous information from the 6300 block of Gurney Mine Road, Maylene.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 5700 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful possession of marijuana from U.S. 280, Birmingham. Recovered was 8 grams of marijuana.

-Domestic investigation from the 56000 block of Highway 55, Leeds.

-Civil dispute from the 5600 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Missing person from Lake at Mt. Laurel Avenue/Olmstead Street, Birmingham.

June 7

-House/structure fire from Strawberry Road, Shelby.

-Assault from the 0 block of Maplecrest Drive, Westover.

-Criminal mischief from the 10000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett. Damage valued at $300 was done to a mobile home door.

-Trespass from the 51000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett.

-Suicidal person from the 2200 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 5100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Property damage (fire investigation) from the 800 block of Narrows Point Drive, Birmingham.

-Death investigation (hospice) from Highway 41, Leeds.

-Forgery and theft of property from the 7000 block of Chelsea Road, Columbiana. A $600 check was stolen.

-Burglary and information only from the 800 block of Goddard Road, Bear Creek.

-Criminal mischief from the 8000 block of County Road 47, Shelby.

-Theft from the 300 block of Miller Circle, Birmingham. An unknown amount of methadone tablets were stolen.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Wilow Branch Lane, Chelsea.

-Burglary from the 400 block of Shelby Forest Drive, Chelsea. Stolen were lengths of copper piping from the hot water heater in the basement.

-Criminal mischief from Corsair Drive, Birmingham. Damage valued at $3,000 was done due to massive paint and plastic damage from acid.

June 8

-Miscellaneous information from Snow Drive, Alabaster.

-Obstructing traffic from Highway 26 at Highway 339, Alabaster.

-Duty upon striking unattended vehicle from Chesser Plantation, Chelsea. Damaged was the front bumper and passenger side front fender on a Toyota 4-Runner.

-Hunting during closed season from behind Eagle Valley Drive (lake, waterway), Birmingham. Damaged was a Canadian goose and mallard duck.

-Burglary and criminal mischief from the 26000 block of Highway 145, Wilsonville. Stolen was $130 in U.S. currency, a section of drywall ceiling valued at $300 and a section of plywood used as gable covering valued at $100.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Chesser Loop Road, Chelsea.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 3200 block of Augusta, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 3900 block of Westover Road, Westover.

June 9

-Attempting to elude and resisting arrest from the 4000 block of County Road 61, Columbiana.

-Theft of property (deception) from the 1600 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Agency assist – Chelsea Fire/Rescue/Medical situation from the 800 block of Ash Brooke Trail, Columbiana.

-Burglary from the 3700 block of Keswick Circle, Birmingham. Stolen was approximately $2,000 in U.S. currency, a $100 Jelko watch, a $160 flat screen TV and a plasma TV of unknown value.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 500 block of Mayberry Creek Road, Montevallo.

-Sexual torture from Heritage Road, Shelby.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 100 block of Barnett Drive, Montevallo.

-Burglary from the 3000 block of Highway 93, Helena. Stolen was a skill weed-eater valued at $600, circular saw valued at $200 and cordless drill valued at $200.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Bent Pine Drive, Helena. Stolen was a plasma TV valued at $1,045, a DVD/VCR of unknown value and a locket, wedding ring, engagement ring of unknown value.

-Theft of property from the 7000 block of Highway 25 at Summer Classics, Montevallo. Stolen was a halo chaise lounge valued at $189 and five halo lounge chairs valued at $744 total.

-Theft of property from the 7000 block of Highway 25 at Summer Classics, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 1300 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. Damaged were three tires.

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Indian Crest Drive, Indian Springs. Stolen was a Toshiba Satellite valued at $699.98.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 300 block of Highland Park Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 500 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Suicide attempt from the 100 block of Panarama Point, Shelby.

-Criminal littering from the 1800 block of Crenshaw Road, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous information from the 3000 block of Bent River Drive, Birmingham.

-Property damage from County Road 41, Dunnavant.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 600 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
