Gladys Lawley

Gladys Lawley, age 100, of Montevallo passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2011. She was preceded in death by husband, Grover (Pinky) Lawley.

Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Stephens and Mary Hall, both from Montevallo; three grandchildren, Towana Pardue (Keith), Mike Hall (Anita), both of Montevallo, and Lyle Stephens of Orange Beach; two great-grandchildren, Tyler Hall of Nashville, Tenn., and Kaitlin Pardue of Montevallo.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 8, 2011, at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel at 10 a.m. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to her service. Burial will follow in the Shelby Memory Gardens in Calera. Rev. Todd Burr will be officiating her service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made the Dogwood Grove Building Fund, 56 Church Drive, Montevallo, AL 35115. Rockco Funeral Home of Montevallo will be handling her arrangements.
