VINCENT – The Town of Vincent will hold a dedication event to celebrate its new 2011 Pierce fire truck.

Congressman Spencer Bachus, R-Ala., will attend the dedication, as well as others who assisted in obtaining the grant money for the fire truck.

The dedication will begin at 6 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 22 at Vincent’s Fire Department on Highway 231. Residents of Vincent are invited to attend. For more information, call Town Clerk Joy Marler at 672-2261.
