Frances Bell Wilkes, age 73, a resident of Wilsonville, died on Sunday, Aug. 21, 2011. She passed away at the family home were she fought a long fight with terminal cancer. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2011, at Old Chapel UMC with Rev. Jerry Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Old Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2011, at Bolton Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Wilkes worked at Ebsco Industries for 26 years. She was a member of Old Chapel Church in Wilsonville. The best mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she was loved by all who met her.
