The Montevallo High School volleyball team defeated Shelby County 25-19, 14-25, 23-25, 25-16, 15-5 in high school volleyball action Aug. 23.

Mallory Anderson led the Bulldogs (4-0) with 25 kills and 30 digs in the victory.

Kathryn Ray added 17 digs and a team-high 27 assists. Sarah Hyde finished with two blocks and 21 digs.

McKenna Anderson finished with 20 digs and three service aces. Maryann Lee added two blocks and 26 digs in the match.
