Rachel Taylor Long, age 29, a resident of Shelby, died on Friday, Sept. 2, 2011. Funeral service was at noon, Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011, at Bolton Funeral Home with Rev. Josh Beane officiating. Burial followed in Old Shelby Cemetery. The family received friends from 11 a.m. to noon, Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011, at Bolton Funeral Home.
