Bell-Bullard

Tammy Bell and Tim Bullard, both of Columbiana, would like to announce their wedding on Sept. 3, 2011 in the home of Chuck and Christina Owen.

The bride has her master’s degree in education and is a licensed professional counselor. She attended Shelby County High School and the University of Montevallo.

The groom earned his bachelor of science in kinesiology. He also attended Shelby County High School and the University of Montevallo.

The couple had a small wedding in a private garden with family and their closest friends.
