-Theft of property from the 100 block of Big Oak Circle (residence, home). Stolen were an extended treadmill valued at $2,000, a smoker/grill combination valued at $750, a storage freezer valued at $400 and bar stools valued at $200.

-Damage to property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (commercial). Damaged was a window in the amount of $1,000.

-Theft of property from the 1100 block of Thompson Road (residence, home). Stolen was a weed eater valued at $200.

-Found property from the Alabaster City Library (parking lot, garage). Found was a black wallet valued at $20.

-Unlawful possession of prescription medication and driving under the influence of alcohol from the 100 block of Reese Drive (highway, street). Confiscated were two white pills identified as Gabapentin 100 mg.

-Criminal mischief from the 1600 block of Caribbean Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a large blue trashcan.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Allen Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a gray 2008 Nissan Altima in the amount of $2,000.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 200 block of County Road 11 (highway, street). Confiscated was a green leafy substance wrapped in a cellophane bag believed to be marijuana.

-Carrying a pistol in a vehicle without a permit from the 700 block of Third Street Northeast (residence, home). Confiscated was a Jimemez J.A. .380 handgun.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Cambridge Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a 20-inch Mongoose Rebel bicycle valued at $119.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were conditioner valued at $14.27, cake mix valued at $1.25, shampoo valued at $9.47, Alum eyeliner valued at $5.96 and gum valued at $1.28.

-Theft of lost property from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (school, college). Stolen was an Apple iPhone 3G valued at $50.

Damaged was the glass broken out of the front passenger door in the amount of $250. Stolen were yellow leather Fossil wallet valued at $40, $15 in U.S. currency, American Express credit card valued at $10 and Discover credit card valued at $10.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 1000 block of Moody Street (residence/home). Damaged was the passenger side front window in the amount of $100. Stolen was an Alabama driver’s license valued at $0.

-Recovered property from Orr Park under Middle Street Bridge (other/unknown). Recovered was a prescription bottled of unknown substance labeled hydrocodone syrup valued at $1.

-Burglary third degree from the 200 block of Graham Street (residence/home). Stolen was a Sony 48-inch flat screen TV valued at $800.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from Tri Green Equipment at 2710 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was a Stihl chainsaw valued at $480, a Stihl 20-inch chainsaw backpack valued at $490, a Stihl backpack blower valued at $350, a Stihl trimmer valued at $200 and a Stihl edger valued at $280.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Heather Lane (residence, home). Stolen were 30 lortab 7.5 mg pills valued at $150.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and theft of lost property from Hooter’s Restaurant at 400 Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant). Stolen was a Bancorp South Mastercard and $48 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 320 Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street). Confiscated were nine white oval pills with blue spots embossed valued at $90.

Sept. 20

-Harassment from the 2500 block of Elizabeth Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of King Valley Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a black 32-inch Sanyo television valued at $150.

Sept. 21

-Theft of property from 2818 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen was a six-pack of Negra Motela beer valued at $8.

-Suicide attempt from Creekside Lane (residence, home).

-License to carry a pistol in a vehicle required from County Road 33 at the entrance to the Hidden Creek subdivision (highway, street). Recovered was a Kel-Tec model P-32 with a magazine and six .32-caliber rounds valued at $100, a Cobra model CA-380 with a magazine and five .380-caliber rounds valued at $100 and an Etowah County Sheriff’s Office pistol license that expired in 2010.

-Property damage to a vehicle from an unknown location (other, unknown). Damaged was a 2006 Mazda 3 in the amount of $2,400.
