-Illegal possession of prescription medication from 890 First Ave. W. (highway, street). Confiscated was a Ketorolac pill.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 890 First Ave. W. (highway, street). Confiscated were a metal pipe.

-Theft of lost property from the 400 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a LifeSouth book bag valued at $15, two packs of Camel cigarettes valued at $9, candy valued at $3, a set of keys valued at $3 and an Alabama driver’s license valued at $23.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 1750 block of Woodbrook Trail (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a JVC KD-R210 valued at $100.

-Violation of protection order from the 100 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast (other, unknown).

-Runaway juvenile from the 200 block of Parliament Parkway (residence, home).

-Harassment from Lighthouse Drive (highway, street).

-Open house party from the 100 block of Lighthouse Drive (residence, home).

-Information only from the 1030 block of Henry Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a Dooney-Burke purse valued at $150 and an Aigner purse valued at $100.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a passenger front fender in the amount of $500.

-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from the 800 block of Independence Drive (residence, home).

-Suicidal person from Highway 119 at Triple G Road (highway, street).

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Grande View Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of services from the 700 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant). Stolen were four Crown Royal drinks valued at $27.

-Theft of services from the 4400 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant). Stolen were alcoholic drinks valued at $42.92.

-Information only – recovered property from the parking lot of Community Baptist church. Confiscated were a U.S. carbine .30-caliber valued at $100 and a Mossberg and Sons 395K valued at $100.

-Damage to property from the 1300 block of West Navajo Drive (residence, home). Damaged were a 2009 white Hyundai Sonata GLS passenger and fender doors and a wooden mailbox.

-Sexual abuse from 10111 Highway 119 (school, college).

-Theft of property from the Walmart at 630 Colonial Parkway (commercial). Stolen was a girl’s shirt valued at $6.

-Information from the 200 block of McDow Road (other, unknown).

-Found property from the 200 block of McDow Road (other, unknown). Recovered was a non-driver identification card.

-Theft of services from the 300 block of First Street Southwest (restaurant). Stolen was food valued at $33.64.

-Theft of property from Walmart at 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (commercial). Stolen were numerous grocery items valued at $285.89.

-Theft of property from First Street North (service, gas station). Stolen were a black Levi brand wallet with a money clip on the side, a Visa debit card throuh Alabama Telco Credit Union, an Alabama drivers’ license and $822 in U.S. currency.

-Runaway juvenile from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (school, college).

-Runaway juvenile from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were jumbo packs of Reese’s cup candies valued at $4.48, an 80-count bottle of Bayer asprin valued at $9.47, a bottle of glucosamine valued at $20, a bottle of lotion valued at $4.97 and a bottle of Replenish saline solution valued at $7.97.

-Identity theft from the 200 block of Leaf Lane (other, unknown).

-Harassment from the 500 block of Regent Drive (residence, home).

-Burglary and theft of property from the 1700 block of Woodbrook Trail (residence, home). Stolen were a Kinect game console valued at $150, a power cord for Xbox game console valued at $25, seven Xbox games valued at $350, RCA cables valued at $5 and a jar containing $20 in loose change.

-Open door from 1737 Highway 119 (other, unknown).

Nov. 3

-Found article from the 800 block of Highway 31 (highway, street). Recovered were a blue bag containing personal information, a wallet, a cell phone case and photo negatives valued at $5.

-Domestic incident from the 1100 block of Second Street Northeast (residence, home).

-Burglary and theft of property from the 300 block of Industrial Road (commercial). Stolen was a 1996 white Chevrolet C-3500 flatbed truck valued at $2,500.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from County Road 68 (highway, street). Damaged was a stop sign and a street sign in the amount of $200.

-Damage to property from 7645 Highway 119 South (service, gas station). Damaged were a Chevron metal sign case in the amount of $700.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 900 block of Burnt Pine Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a Gateway netbook computer valued at $500 and a men’s white and yellow gold wedding ring valued at $650.

-Information only – lost or stolen property from an unknown location (other, unknown). Lost was a 2012 year decal for a vehicle tag.

-Theft of property from the 630 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were miscellaneous cosmetics valued at $30.27.

Stolen was an Xbox 360 console valued at $299, six Xbox 360 games valued at $250, an HTC Evo valued at $300, three Xbox 360 controllers valued at $120, an Xbox 360 headset valued at $50 and piggy bank containing $10 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from Rack Room Shoes (department store). Stolen and recovered were Sperry Top Sider shoes valued at $54.99.

-Found property from the Paul’s Diamond parking lot (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a Visa credit card.

-Breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were two power base 12-inch speakers with speaker boxes valued at $400.

-Damage to property from the 1200 block of First Avenue West (highway, street). Damaged were a front bumper in the amount of $500 and a hood in the amount of $150.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 9000 block of Highway 119 (specialty store). Stolen were a Nikon camera valued at $600 and Vogue prescription eyeglasses valued at $275.

-Discharging firearm into building and violation of protection order from the 100 block of Oak Leaf Lane (residence, home).

-Theft III and giving a false name to law enforcement from 10947 Alabama 25 (jail, prison). Stolen and recovered were a Sony Cybershot digital camera valued at $200 and a ball point pen valued at $1.

-Failure to pay for gasoline from 169 Supercenter Drive (convenience store). Stolen was $68 in fuel.

-Burglary and criminal mischief from the 300 block of McDown Road (commercial). Damaged were a metal covering on a wall, a fire extinguisher and five to 10 cast parts.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 300 block of Seales Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a 12-gauge pump shotgun valued at $250, a Mossburg semi-automatic rifle valued at $225, an H&R single shot 12-gauge shotgun valued at $150 and a jar full of loose change, including some silver dollars, valued at $250.

-Property damage – vehicle from the 2900 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged were the rear driver-side door of a 2010 Honda Civic.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Highway 11 at Chatham Court (highway, street).

-Property damage – non-criminal from Interstate 65 near exit 246 (highway, street). Damaged was a car hood in the amount of $2,000 and a front windshield in the amount of $500.

-Alabama tax payer and citizen protection act from the 3300 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street).

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from the Shelby County Services Building (government, public building).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from IHOP at 2000 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a Woods Family Pharmacy prescription bottle filled with 53 tablets of Adderall valued at $87 and a bottle of Curve cologne valued at $100.

-Property damage from Alpha Bits academy at 8777 Helena Road (school, college). Damaged was a passenger-side front door in the amount of $500.

-Change bills – circulating from Walgreen’s at 9458 Helena Road (drug store). Recovered was a forged $20 bill.

-Miscellaneous information from the 700 block of Cahaba Manor Trail (residence, home). Confiscated was a Steyr S40 .40-caliber pistol with one magazine and nine rounds of ammunition valued at $400.

-Civil dispute from the 500 block of Cahaba Manor Trail (restaurant).

-Alabama taxpayer and citizen protection act from Pelham Parkway and Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street).

-Violation of barking dog ordinance from the 1700 block of Tecumseh Trail (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2800 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were $200 in U.S. currency, a small black Coach purse with grey emblems valued at $150, a brown wallet valued at $20, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $20, a Social Security card and assorted paperwork.

-Burglary from Cedar Cove (residence, home). Damaged was a rear door frame in the amount of $400, and stolen were assorted pieces of costume jewelry valued at $100, two opal rings valued at $150, a wedding ring valued at $250 and a high school class ring valued at $50.

-Robbery and assault from the 200 block of Brookhollow Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a Samsung cell phone valued at $200, a brown leather wallet valued at $30, the victim’s driver’s license valued at $30, the victim’s Social security card valued at $30 and $130 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 2200 block of Williamsburg Drive (residence, home).

-Overdose and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 700 block of Cahaba Valley Road (service, gas station). Confiscated were a shard of a clear crystalline substance believed to be methamphetamine contained in a cigarette wrapper valued at $10, a light blue round pill confirmed via poison control as oxycodone valued at $5, cream-colored oval pills confirmed via poison control as pizanidine valued at $10 and a blue plastic pill box valued at $1.

-Lost property from the 100 block of Industrial Park Drive (commercial). Reported missing was a Western Union money order in the amount of $967.46.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Interstate 65 northbound near exit 247.
