Nov. 2

-Burglary from the 10500 block of Chelsea Road (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen were a brown water heater, an A/C window unit, a washing machine, a silver-plated serving tray, a silver-plated serving bowl and a lamp.

-Sexual abuse from the 3000 block of Highway 22 (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Theft of lost property from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road (school, college). Recovered was an I-Phone 3G valued at $299.

-Harassing communications from Cherokee Drive (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Civil dispute from the 0 block of Morris Estates Drive (residence, home), Columbiana.

 

Nov. 3

-Burglary from the 4500 block of Highway 37 (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen was $100 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary from the 3400 block of Mountainwood Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen were two .25-carat diamond earrings valued at $100, six 14-carat gold earrings valued at $150, four 10-inch gold cross chains valued at $400, a 14-carat gold birth certificate charm valued at $100, a 14-carat 10mm gold wedding ban valued at $200, a black diamond ring valued at $100 and a gold diamond ring valued at $100.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Kingston Road (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen was $160 in U.S. currency.

-Harassment from the 2800 block of Highway 93 (residence, home), Helena.

-Theft of property and harassment from the 0 block of Morris Drive (residence, home), Montevallo. Stolen was $120 in assorted U.S. currency.

-Property damage from Highway 83 at Amanda Drive (highway, street), Vincent. Damage in the amount of $1,200 was done to four Goodyear Wrangler HP tires on a blue 2009 Dodge Ram.

-Burglary III from the 0 block of Nelson Circle (residence, home), Montevallo. Stolen was an unknown amount of copper wire.

-Use of force from Highway 83 at Amanda Drive (highway, street), Vincent.

-Domestic violence – harassment from Al-Youth Drive (residence, home), Westover.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and fraudulent use of credit card from 5198 Valleydale Road (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a purse and its contents.

 

Nov. 4

-Burglary from the 2900 block of Coatbridge Lane (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a triathlon bike valued at $5,000.

-Burglary from the 1100 block of Brookhighland Road (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen were a Dell laptop valued at $400, a printer/fax machine valued at $175 and an AT&T router valued at $100.

-Property damage from County Road 47 in the area of County Road 337 (highway, street).

-Harassing communications from the 4800 block of Highway 43, Sterrett.

-Harassing communications and criminal mischief from the 200 block of Ledge Circle (residence, home), Birmingham. Damaged was the rear passenger side tire on a 2011 Kia Sorento.

-Property damage from County Road 45 at Old Deer Creek Road (highway, street), Vandiver. Damaged were a power utility pole and road signs.

-Driving under the influence from Reach Drive and Reach Way (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence – harassing communications from the 100 block of Summerhill Drive (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Theft of property III from the 100 block of Huntwood Road (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen was a standard aluminum mailbox valued at $35.

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of Marigold Road (residence, home), Shelby.

-Harassment from the 7000 block of Indian Ridge Drive (school, college).

-Domestic investigation from the 17000 block of Highway 25 (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from County Road 52E at Interstate 65 (highway, street), Pelham.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Ledge Circle (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Running red light and driving under the influence from Doug Baker Boulevard at U.S. 280 (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 300 block of Highway 433 (specialty store), Chelsea. A section of chain link fence was damaged.

-Custody dispute from the 700 block of Caldwell Trace (parking lot, garage), Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Woodbury Drive (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen were a 14-carat ring valued at $1,700, a 14-carat ring valued at $1,300 and an 18 yellow gold ring valued at $45,600.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of New Shelby Peninsula (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen was a Craftsman DT 3000 riding lawn mower valued at $3,000.

 

Nov. 5

-Theft of property from the 8100 block of Highway 47 (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen were 50 Morphine 30mg tablets and 50 Oxycodone 15mg tablets.

-Attempted assault and menacing/resisting arrest from the 0 block of Cain Road (residence, home), Chelsea. Recovered were three Samurai-style swords valued at $25, two pocket knives valued at $10, one Powermaster 760 BB gun valued at $50 and miscellaneous BBs valued at $1.

-Unlawful possession or marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 400 block of Eagle Ridge Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 200 block of Stone Crest Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Damage in the amount of $500 was done to a Frigidaire Gallery dryer, and also damaged was miscellaneous clothing.

-Domestic violence – harassment from Highway 25 at Old Highway 25 (highway, street), Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of River Birch Road (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Narrows Point Drive (highway, street), Chelsea.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Meadowgreen Drive (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from U.S. 280 at Meadowbrook Road (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Birmingham Street (residence, home), Wilton. Damage in the amount of $30 was done to an aluminum window on a mobile home.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Red Tip Lane and Highway 93 (highway, street), Helena. Recovered were 11 Clonazepam tablets.

-Theft of property from the 5300 block of U.S. 280 (convenience store), Birmingham. Stolen were six 4-packs of Red Bull energy drinks valued at $47.95.

-Criminal trespass and criminal mischief from the 200 block of Ventana Road (residence, home), Columbiana. Damaged were wooden porch steps and a hog wire fence.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Shelina Lane (residence, home), Shelby.

-Criminal trespassing from the 4000 block of Highway 43 (residence, home), Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous information from Highway 139 (highway, street), Montevallo. Recovered was a money card.

-Harassment from Brookhighland Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Fire investigation from the 0 block of Memory Lane (residence, home), Alabaster. Damaged was a single-story home.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from U.S. 280 at Ebsco (highway, street), Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 6100 block of Highway 47 (residence, home), Shelby. Stolen was a 1999 aluminum flat-bottom boat valued at $4,300.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Hollybrook Road (residence, home), Columbiana. Stolen were an I-Pod Touch valued at $400 and a prescription bottle containing 46 30mg Oxycodone tablets.

-Theft of property and forgery from the 1000 block of Dunnavant Place (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Agency assist from the 200 block of Chancellors Ferry Lane (field, woods), Harpersville.

 

Nov. 7

-Theft of property from the 19000 block of U.S. 280 (government, public building), Birmingham. Stolen were a debit card, an I-Phone, a black wallet and $50 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 52000 block of Highway 25 (residence, home), Vandiver.

-Burglary from the 2900 block of Highway 17 (residence, home), Montevallo. Damage in the amount of $100 was done to a wooden barn door.

-Burglary from the 300 block of Narrows Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 800 block of Narrows Point Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Failure to complete and carry an alien registration document from Highway 10 and Highway 203 (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Ashbrooke Trail (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen were an unknown amount of Colonapin tablets.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2900 block of Highway 17 (residence, home), Montevallo. Damage in the amount of $300 was done to the driver’s side window on a white 1998 Ford Mustang.

-Theft of property from the 4900 block of Appaloosa Trail (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was $9,500 in assorted U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Sydney Lane (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen were a lady’s 14-carat white gold diamond solitaire ring valued at $9,600, a lady’s yellow gold plain band 7.5mm ring valued at $350 and a gold coin pendant valued at $450.

-Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act from the 11000 block of Highway 11 (highway, street), Chelsea.

-Violation of a court order from the 10000 block of County Highway 11 (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief III from the 10000 block of Highway 55 (restaurant), Westover. Damaged were several areas on a blue 2000 Nissan Maxima.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Mulberry Street (residence, home), Montevallo. Stolen was a black female pit bull with a red nose and spiked collar.
