-Property damage from Interstate 65 (highway, street). Damaged was a box trailer in the amount of $400.

-Menacing from the 200 block of Piper Lane (commercial).

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of 10th Place Southwest (residence, home). Stolen were a full bed valued at $500, a twin bed valued at $300, night stands valued at $1,000, a desk/hutch valued at $500 and a crystal serving set valued at $700.

-Information only – theft of property first degree from Wells Fargo Bank (bank). Stolen was $9,000 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Hickory Hills Drive (residence, home). Stolen were $200 in U.S. currency, a wooden box, two pairs of diamond earrings, a diamond necklace, a diamond bracelet, a 1.5 carat diamond ring and male gold wedding ring, and damaged was a front door, inner frame and wallpaper.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Hickory Hills Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Gateway laptop valued at $700 and a Dell D620 laptop valued at $1,000.

Nov. 8

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Big Oak Drive (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Barkley Lane (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $150.

-Damage to property from Interstate 65 South at the 238 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 Mercedes C240 in the amount of $3,000.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of First Avenue North (commercial). Stolen was scrap metal valued at $100.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen was a Sony Playstation 3 valued at $349.

-Information only from County Road 17 at Highway 270 (highway, street).

 

Nov. 9

-Theft of property and robbery third-degree from the 235 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was an 18-volt XRP battery pack valued at $89.97.

-Damage to property from Highway 119 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant in the amount of $3,000 and a Highway 119 street sign in the amount of $50.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen and recovered was a Boost Mobile Blackberry phone valued at $179.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Park Place Lane (residence, home). Damaged was paint on the south side of the residence in the amount of $100.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Water Elm Drive (residence, home).

-Harassing communication from the 100 block of Mount Olive Road (residence, home).

-Animal complaint from the BP at the intersection of Highway 11 and Highway 68 (service, gas station).

-Theft of property from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were Advil PM caplets valued at $17.89, a May eraser eye con valued at $8.99, a 4.5 SS paring knife valued at $3.59, a 3.5 SS paring knife valued at $2.59, Syls kitchen scissors valued at $9.99, Milo’s sweet tea valued at $2.78 and a wine corkscrew valued at $4.19.

-Open door from the 500 block of First Street Southwest (other, unknown).

 

Nov. 10

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Widgeon Circle (highway, street). Stolen and recovered were water pipe fittings valued at $510.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of King Charles Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a black soft-side briefcase with a red stripe valued at $40 and a Dell laptop computer valued at $800.

-Abandoned vehicle from Industrial Road (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Stolen was an iPod Nano valued at $200.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of King Charles Way (residence, home). Stolen was $12 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 200 block of First Street Southwest (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were an Oxycodone capsule valued at $5, a Codine pill valued at $5 and an alprazolam pill valued at $5.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 8300 block of Highway 17 (residence, home). Confiscated were clonazepam, papaverine vial, doxycycline, lexapro, tramadol, sertraline and 30 unknown pills.

-Death investigation from the 400 block of Third Street Northeast (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Jefferson Lane (residence, home). Stolen were 50 feet of copper tubing valued at $200 and an outside air unit valued at $2,000.

-Theft of property and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were assorted video games for PS2, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii valued at $310.57 and a Nintendo Wii controller valued at $24.96.

-Robbery from 630 First Street South (convenience store). Stolen were two cases of Bud Light valued at $26.98 and recovered was Bud Light valued at $18.99.

-Domestic incident from the 600 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were BB mini PCH valued at $8.98, NTG DC scrub valued at $5.27, Neutrc21TMT valued at $8.97, Mayb face valued at $5.58, a sharpener valued at 47 cents, acne valued at $5.97 and a pin valued at $2.

-Harassing communications from the 1900 block of Highway 31 (commercial).

 

Nov. 11

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Spring Place (residence, home). Stolen were a Dell laptop computer valued at $600, an Apple iPod valued at $100 and an AT&T broadband air card valued at $100.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Fifth Court Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated was a clear water bottle with a metal socket through the top containing marijuana residue valued at $1.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from Fifth Court Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated were plastic bottle caps with a metal socket through the top containing marijuana residue valued at $1 and a small plastic bag containing marijuana valued at $1.

-Theft of property from the 1400 block of First Street North (restaurant). Stolen was a money bag containing $650.28 in various U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 1200 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Stolen were a Social Security Card valued at $75, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25 and a Wells Fargo debit card valued at $15.

-Theft of property from America’s Thrift Store (commercial). Stolen were a tan alligator wallet valued at $20, a Peach Tree debit card and $207 in U.S. currency.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Grande View Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $100.

-Child custody dispute from the 100 block of Chinaberry Lane (other, unknown).

-Suicide attempt – information only from the 100 block of Washington Lane (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 700 block of Fourth Place Southwest (residence, home).

 

Nov. 12

-Information only from the 200 block of Redwood Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a 19-inch flat-screen TV valued at $300 and a 15-inch Toshiba satellite notebook computer valued at $1,500.

-Damage to property from Interstate 65 southbound near the 238 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Cadillac in the amount of $1,500.

-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from the 400 block of Meadowlark Place (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 101 Cahaba Valley Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a driver-side door key lock cylinder, and stolen was an inclinometer valued at $150 and a Garmin GPS valued at $100.

-Alabama taxpayer and citizen protection act from the parking lot of Purple Onion (parking lot, garage).

-Alabama taxpayer and citizen protection act from Pelham Parkway at Earl’s Spas (highway, street).

-Burglary from the 500 block of Creekview Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a Keltec .380-caliber handgun valued at $380 and $800 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property – shoplifting and trespass warning from 1944 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were four Daily’s margarita pouches valued at $7 and four Yoplait light and fit yogurts valued at $10.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from the Little Mountain apartments at 2057 Little Mountain Circle (parking lot, garage). Recovered were sublingual film suboxone, a plastic Ziploc bag containing suspected sublingual film suboxone, a plastic bag containing a white powdery substance and a plastic drinking straw cut to approximately 2 inches.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Stonehaven Trail near the bridge (highway, street).

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from 32 Philip Davis Street (government, public building).

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen was $950 in U.S. currency and recovered was $180 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Brookhollow Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a Playststion 3 game console valued at $200, Uncharted 3 game valued at $60, Battlefield 3 valued at $3 and Tropico 4 valued at $60.

-Harassment from the Valleydale mobile home park at 2170 Pelham Parkway (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous information – domestic incident from the F building of Little Mountain Apartments (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Green Park South (residence, home). Stolen was a Chevrolet Trailblazer valued at $8,500.

-Found property from the Dollar General on Helena Road (parking lot, garage). Recovered was an Alabama EBT card and an American Express credit card.
